Wu.)W.D.Xu's blowhole line compares P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai to be obvious,and under the anatomical lens observes P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu needle above blowhole line to get the advantage by 5, the following blowhole line gets the advantage by 4, but above P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils needle and the following blowhole line respectively get the advantage by 6 and 4, above P.koraiensis Nakai and the following blowhole line respectively get the advantage by 4 and 3. Wu.)W.D.Xu and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai and a total of 10 populations of genomic DNA, and using 16 random primers on P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai and a total of 10 populations polymorphic DNA amplification, comparative study of the genetic diversity of Picea mongolica, and 172 reproducible loci were yielded based on 16 decamer primers from P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai ,of which 119 were polymorphic .The average is 10.7 per decamer primers and the percentage of polymorphic loci equaled 69.19%, the experimental results show that Picea populations that have a rich genetic diversity, RAPD markers showed a higher detection rate of polymorphism .PopGen32 software used to calculate that Nei's (1973)gene diversity and Shannon's information index were choosed to estimate the genetic diversity of P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai, the results showed that the Nei's diversity index (h) and Shannon's diversity index (i) as a measure of an important indicator of genetic diversity, P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu in the three populations, three of P.koraiensis Nakai populations and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils in the four populations have the same trend, and P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu populations is higher than P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai populations, explained that P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu than P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils and P.koraiensis Nakai with high levels of genetic diversity.Also , using Shannon′s Infor-marion Index and Nei′s Gene Diversity Index are used to estimate genetic diversity for teen poputions , and the hereditary change mainly exists in occupies in the group;According to genetic distance and clustering, P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu and P.koraiensis Nakai and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils were in three branches obviously. P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu and P. meyeri Rehd. et Wils skin spruce are nearer than P.koraiensis Nakai ,This indicated that P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu came into being and had kept biggest genetic distance.Therefore ,we support that P. mongolica (H.Q. Wu.)W.D.Xu divides into the independent species based on the results of the morphologic,palynology,anatomy and RAPD. |
