| The trial is designed to observe the effect of diet supplemented different levels of Alfalfa Saponins on Performance,Cholesterol and cecal microbe of Laying Hens. To make clear whether high-level Alfalfa saponins could influence egg cholesterol,and the preliminary discussion to their mechanism was indicated.These data provide practical basic for the Alfalfa Saponins in laying hens production.Hy-line brown laying hens(400days 288)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replications per group and 18 hens per replication.The control group fed with basal diets, the testing group fed with basic diets adding 30mg/kg, 60mg/kg, 90mg/kg Alfalfa Saponins respectively. Pretest period was10 days and experimental period was60 days. The main results were showed as follows:①The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins did not significantly affect feed intake,the rate of laying,egg weight,rate of feed and egg(P >0.05).②The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could improve semi-rate.Ⅲgroup was best(P<0.05); ventral fat rate ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup was reduced significantly(P<0.05). the slaughter rate,the whole-rate,Spleen/the whole weight were not improved significantly (P >0.05),③The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly improve the Hulf unit.Ⅲg roup was best(P<0.05); eggshell thickness was increased significantly(P<0.05). The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins did not significantly affect the egg-shaped index and yolk color(P>0.05).④The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins 30 days could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in egg yolk ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.01); did not significantly affect the contents of cholesterol in egg(P>0.05).The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins 60days could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in egg yolk ofⅡgroup(P<0.05), could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in egg yolk ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.01); could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in egg ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.01), could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in egg yolk ofⅢgroup toⅡgroup(P<0.05). The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins did not significantly affect yolk weight,egg weight (P>0.05). The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in liver ofⅢgroup(P<0.01), could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in liver ofⅣgroup(P<0.05), could significantly increase the contents of cholesterol in dejecta ofⅢgroup(P<0.05).⑤The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in the blood.Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳgroup could significantly reduce the contents of cholesterol in serum ofⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.01); could significantly reduce triglyceride,low density in serum ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.05); could significantly reduce phosphorus in serum ofⅢ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.05); The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins did not significantly affect high density lipoprotein,total Protein,albumin(P>0.05); did not significantly affect GOT,GPT,AKP,LDH and BUN(P>0.05).⑥The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly reduce the contents of colibacillus in caecal ofⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳgroup(P<0.01); could significantly increase the contents of bacillus bifidus in caecal ofⅢg roup(P<0.05).⑦The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly reduce the contents of N in dejecta ofⅡgroup by 12%(P<0.05),Ⅲgroup 21.8%(P<0.01),Ⅳgroup 15.3%(P<0.01).The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins could significantly reduce the contents of NH3 in dejecta ofⅢgroup(P<0.01), could significantly reduce the contents of NH3 in dejecta ofⅣgroup(P<0.05). The diets added with Alfalfa Saponins did not significantly affect the contents of P in dejecta(P>0.05). |
