The paper has the natural spruce-fir mixed stands and the Larch plantation as the object of research, which are located in Wangqing forestry bureau, Jilin province. The research indicates new ideas as following:(1) Viewing the economic mature age, the Larch plantation in the area should be cut at 30 years old. Viewing the quantitative maturity age, he Larch plantation should be cut at 40 years old, for the reason is that the unit price is higher.(2) The growth equation for economic benefit and ecological are given:①The growth equation for economic benefit under mature age is: y=1069.8a2+16610a-5145.2②The growth equation for effective water conservation: Y= -59.879a2+901.39a-801.14③The relationship between biomass and forest age is: B = 2E-0.5a8.4844④The relationship between CO2 fixation and forest age changing: M1=E-0.6a8.4844⑤The relationship between Oxygen release and forest age changing: M2=8E-0.7a8.4844⑥The benefit of fertilizer efficiency has no significant change in trend;(3) The natural spruce-fir is better than other forest types in the area from the soil, litter, biodiversity, landscape and so on.(4) Natural spruce-fir and Larch plantation are the most typical types in the area. The paper obtained that the annual net profit of the natural spruce-fir is 4824.9yuan, which is higher 1348.57yuan than Larch plantation for each ha. And the ecological benefit is 3597.31 yuan; general benefit is higher 753yuan than the Larch. The natural forest is Iess793 yuan than the larch for every steer. That is to say, the profitability for the natural is higher than the Larch as the economic aspect with the equivalent investment, let alone the ecological benefit. From every benefit to say, the natural spruce-fir under the present structure is better than the Larch plantation. It can meet the benefits not only economic, but also ecological and society, so it could be named as "Forest For Total Effect".
