Study On The Jujube Fruits Diseases And Its Control In Hebei Cangzhou

This essay does a systematical research on the corresponding relationship of jujube disease symptoms with the pathogen.The results show that the main symptoms of golden silk jujube fruit diseases are spoiled type,black spot type,atrophic type and shrink fruit type.The main pathogen of the spoiled type fruit diseases is Fusicoccum sp.,the main pathogen of the black spot type and atrophic type fruit diseases is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,and the main pathogen of the shrink fruit type fruit diseases are Alternaria tenuissima and Alternaria alternata.The main symptoms of winter jujube fruit diseases are black spot type and ring spot type,the main pathogen of the black spot type fruit diseases is Alternaria tenuissima,the main pathogen of the ring spot type fruit diseases is Fusicoccum sp..The main symptoms of pear jujube fruit diseases are sheet iron type and shrink fruit type,the main pathogen of the sheet iron type is Alternaria alternata,the main pathogen of the shrink fruit type are Alternaria tenuissima and Coniothyrium olivaceum.Collect regularly organs of jujubes from Cangzhou in Hebei province to separate them from different types of jujubes to investigate the jujubes fruits diseases and pathogens invasion period.The results showed that the pathogen began to sprout infection when the jujube tree is branching.The main pathogen infection descending order of the golden silk jujube is,first the Alternaria alternata,second the Alternaria tenuissima,the Fusicoccum sp.,and the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides come last.The main pathogen infection descending order of the winter jujube is,first the Fusicoccum sp.,second the Alternaria tenuissima,and the last is Alternaria alternata;the main pathogen infection descending order of the pear jujube is,first the Alternaria tenuissima,second the Alternaria alternata,the last is the Coniothyrium olivaceum.The peak damage incidence of golden silk jujube,winter jujube and pear jujube fruits is the late September.Pick the pit wild jujube,pear jujube,snow jujube,winter jujube,golden silk jujube,zan huang big jujube,smoked red date,yiliang jujube and jun jujube from Hebei Cangzhou and Beijing Fengtai.Get 358 strains of endophytes by isolating the health jujube fruit and does the confrontation test on these endophytes.The result shows that the endophytie bacterium B8 has a strong antagonism activity to the Alternaria alternata,Alternaria tenuissima and Coniothyrium olivaceum.And the other endophytie bacteria have no obvious antagonism activities.The bacteriostasis diameter of Alternaria alternata, alternaria tenuissima and Coniothyrium olivaceum which caused by the endophytie bacteria B8 are 12mm,11mm,10mm respectively. The indoor pharmaceutical screening test show that show that the 800 times of 3%Zhong sheng mycin has the best braking effect to Alternaria alternata,the 1000 times of 30%Fu-Lian suspension has the best braking effect to Colletotrichurn gloeosporioides,and the 800 times of apple microbe has the best braking effect to Fusicoccum sp..The field control tests show that 30%Fu-Lian suspension (alternate drug delivery with Bordeaux mixture) and 1000 times of 30%Fu-Lian suspension has the best braking effect,800 times of 80%Tai Sheng wettable powder take second place,The 800 times of 70% thiophanate methyl has the worst braking effect.The relative braking effect of endophytie bacterium B8 is only 36.91%.
