The Mucosa Immunodetection Of CSF Advanced Immune

In this experiment,we use different immunity mode for classical swine fever to detect the level of the membranous part antibody through the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.It is significance for adjust the immune programme and raising the production of pig farms.In this research,there are ten puteus piglets(8 piglets every puteus at least) in randomization.Put these piglets to different immunity mode.The first group was advanced immunity(Immuned by 2 portion classical swine fever vaccines when they are born.,and the second immunity is also 2 portion classical swine fever vaccines when they are 60 days age.);the second group was common immunity(Immuned by 2 portion classical swine fever vaccines when they are born 20days and 60 days) and the third group was control group(Didn't immune any vaccine).We collect the sample of membranous part from they are born to 90 days,including0days,5days,10days,15 days,20 days,25 days,30 days,40days,50days,60days,70 days,80 daysand90 days.The membranous part including mouth cavity,nasal organ,eyes,anus,dung and urine.After deliquationThese sample are detected for the content of IgA,IgG,IgM though the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The results are analyzed by SPSS software..these results could help us to know the transmutation rule of the membranous part's antibody,then we could compare the effect of the advanced immunity and the common immunity.no matter.The result manifest that content of IgA,IgG,IgM in the three groups before 15 day's age is not significant(P＞0.05)because of the effect of colostral.The content of antibody of the advanced immunity group in mouth cavity,nasal organ,eyes is more than the common immunity group and the control group,but only the antibody in the eyes is significant(P＜0.05) and the mouth cavity,nasal organ are not significant(P＞0.05).The common immunity group and the advanced immunity group are more than the control group,the diffence of groups is significant(P＜0.05) in mouth cavity,nasal organ,eyes after 30days'age.But the diffence of The common immunity group and the advanced immunity group is not significant(P＞0.05).The diffence of the three groups is not significant(P＞0.05) in anus,dung and urine in each ages.This research' result indicate that ascendant of the advanced immunity reflect before 25days,so the advanced immunity is suit for preventing the infection of piglets.wether use the advanced immunity or the common immunity,it should according to the practical condition.
