| The content change of IAA,GA3,ABA,ZT in loquat(Eriobotrya japonica L. cv. Zaozhong 6 hao) by different temperature and different time,and INA bacteria treatment was studied. Under stress of low temperature, the content of IAA with treatment of INA bacteria have been at a low level. The content of GA3,ZT was not regularity. The difference of the content of ABA and ABA/GA3 of the loquat fruit treated or not with INA bacteria was very significant.Using transmission electron microscopy to observe the INA bacteria Fruitlet pulp cell ultrastructure cold stability, a better study of INA bacteria increase the role of loquat fruit damage mechanism.The results showed that Chloroplast of loquat fruit disintegred, the bacteria deal with INA and under stress the -3℃at 2h, and the control of chloroplast endometrial integrity. Cell wall and mitochondrial disintegration under stress the -3℃at 4h, while the control part of the disintegration of the cell wall, mitochondrial membrane still intact. At -1℃, the chloroplast and mitochondrial damage significantly higher than that of the control, particularly in chloroplasts, the damage type of intracellular ice, ice control for the cell, have significant differences. More fully explain INA bacteria can induce and aggravate cell damage.Effects of low temperature and INA bacteria on photosynthetic parameter and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of loquat leaves in two tempetatures -1℃and -3℃were investtingated.Results showed that low temperature decreased photosynthetic rat (Pn),the potential activity (Fv/Fo) and conversion efficiency of primary light energy (Fv/Fm) of PSII and Water use efficiency of disorder,making quantum yield of photosynthetic electron transfer descent.So it was demonstrated that INA bacteria was one of major factors to induce frostiness of loquat.Further, controlling INA bacteria in order to alleviate or control loquat damage and provide a theoretical basis of chemical, physical or bio-control methods... |
