Research On The Nematode Species Nearby The Root Of Strawberry In Xiamen And Mensuration Of The Carbamide Effect To Nemacides In Lab

There are two parts in the paper.PART ONE:Research on the nematode species nearby the root of strawberry in XiamenThis paper is a further study about parasitic nematodes of strawberry in Xiamen.10 species of plant parasitic nematodes and 5 species of free-living nematodes were collected,observed and identified.Among them,8 species were written in the paper.Moreover,one plant parasitic nematode was a new record species found on strawberry in China(marked with"Δ");two free-living nematodes were new record species found in China(marked with"â–²").These species are:Helicotylenchus dihystera(Cobb,1893)Sher,1961Helicotylenchus digonicus Perry,1959Aphelenchus isomerus Anderson & Hooper,1980Aphelenchoides confusus Thorne & Malek,1968Aphelenchoides destructor Ma & Liu,2000Xiphinema hunaniense Wang & Wu,1992(Δ)Pelodera(Pelodera)teres Schneider,1866(Dougherty,1955)(â–²)Monhystera vulgaris de Man,1880(â–²)PART TWO:Mensuration of the carbamide's effect on nemacides in labTwo typical nemacides were chosen for testing the acute toxicity mixed with carbamide.The result of the acute toxicity test in lab showed as follows:1.The LC₅₀s(24 h,48 h)of abamectin to soil nematodes were 71.2037nl/ml,36.6404 nl/ml.Those of beta-cypermethrin/methomyl/phoxim were 9.9482nl/ml,6.9566 nl/ml.Among the effective concentration,two kinds of nemacides both could have fatality rate to 100%. 2.Abamectin mixed with carbamide as 1:2,1:5(volume proportion), the mixture increased the effect of abamectin.So did beta-cypermethrin/ methomyl/phoxim mixed with carbamide as 1:1,1:2,1:5(volume proportion). Especially,beta-cypermethrin/methomyl/phoxim mixed with carbamide as l:5(volume proportion),the fatality rate was 100%.3.It was a preparatory demonstration that it was better to mix the nemacides with carbamide than use nemacides only.But,there wasn' t a clear conclusion about the volume proportion between nemacides and the carbamide.
