The effect of plant oil and Calcium Salts of Long Chain Fatty Acids (LCFA)on internal environment parameters in rumen,profile of by-pass-Rumen Long Chain Fatty Acid,gastro-intestine of Nutrition digestion and absorption ,blood nutrition biochemical indices Xu-Huai white goats were determined in vitro and vivo,and also the celluloytic bacteria enzymes and relative quantity were detected by colorimetric and PCR technique.Trial 1-1: To detect the effect of different level of soybean oi :0%,2%,4%,6%,8%(group A,group B,group C,group D,group E)in vitro on gas production,pH value,fiber degradation rate and VFA concentration,based on 30:70 concentrate to forage rate. The results show that:with the increase level of soybean oil supplement, gas production,CH4 production decreased gradually, and lower than control treatment obviously;the pH value increased between experiments and controller with incubation time ;the group E inhibit potential on cellulose degradation rate was obviously lower than the control(P<0.01),and then the group D level (P<0.05); after incubation, group C,D,E, acetate were lower more significantly than in group A (P<0.01), lower significantly than in group B(P<0.05).The suitable supplement was group 2,4% level, in this experiment through several indexes : gas production,pH level,VFA concentration and fiber degradation rate.Trial1-2: There were no significantly difference between groups for Rumen pH,NH3-N concentration(P<0.05). NH3-N concentration in canola oil group was raising from 6h,but not different to control group(P<0.05).The inhibit potential on cellulose degradation rate were significantly different to control group when adding canola oil(P<0.05),other adding groups were not different to control group.Trial 2: Tree XuHuai white goats (25.0±2.1Kg) fitted with proximal duodenum canellas were used by 4×3 Latin Square design.The results showed that: there was no significantly effect on dry matter intake, total tract apparent digestibility except the nutrient matter of NDF significantly different between adding groups and control group.Proximal duodenum pH Varied with the intaking time, but there were no siginificant difference among groups(P>0.05). Several LCFA content increased obviously after 3h of intaking time in duodenum. There are more 40mg/ml total lipids in each treatment than control group. The C16:0 content increased 20 mg/ml in calcium salt of palm oil , tarnal higher than others(P<0.001); The C18:1 content increased 26mg/ml in calcium salt of rapeseed oil group, tarmal higher than others(P<0.001). The C18:2 content in calcium salt ofsoybean oil group was 30.7mg/ml, tarmal higher than other(sP<0.001),then in D group ,higher than A,B groups (P<0.05)Trial 3: To detect the effect of different level of soybean oi :0%,2%,4%,6%,8%(group A,group B,group C,group D,group E)on celluloytic bacteriaThe activity of the filterpaper-enzymes fluctuate with the incubation time ,but no obviously diference among groups ;CMC-enzymes: There were no significantly diversity among groups at different time except 10h the E group lower than A,B(P<0.05).After 0h,6h,12h,24h,different level of plant oil had different effect on celluloytic bacteria'count:⑴Fibrobacter succinogenes :After incubation time ,the relative quantity in group E significantly lower(P<0.01) or less(P<0.05) than group A,other groups respectively.⑵Ruminococcus flavefaciens : With the incubation time extended , there were similar trend , the count in group E was lower than control group(P<0.05),whereas not lower obviously till 12h,24h than other groups.⑶Ruminococcus albus : After 24h incubation time,the relative quantity in group E significantly lower(P<0.01) or less(P<0.05) than group A,other groups respectively.⑷Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens : Afer 24h incubation time,count in group D,E significantly lowe(rP<0.01) or les(sP<0.05) than group A,other groups respectively. There were showed Fluctuated among groups except the relative quantity perpetual decreased in group E .
