| Since the 1940's, people have been in use in biological systems inspiration to solve many practical problems and a lot of bionic optimization algorithm have been designed. This paper briefly introduce several popular bionic optimization algorithm in the current.As a novel optimization technique, chaos optimization search method has been attracted much attention to academics. In the efforts of many scholars, a variety of mechanisms based on chaos optimization method has been put forward, and has been optimized to obtain better effects.In this paper, based on fully studing previous results, chaos optimization algorithm carried out in-depth studies. Combining the other optimization algorithm with chaos optimization algorithm, a number of new models has been set up. The modles have been using hydrology and water resources field in the Sanjiang Plain. In the present paper the main results of research and innovation are described below.1. the thesis has been made and the main results of the following aspects:(1) Applicating complete chaos optimization algorithm, the water resources of Naoli River main stream in Sanjiang Plain has been allotmented, and achieved better results. From the calculation results can be seen: the district's industrial and urban and rural residents living water, basically supplies by the local groundwater; the water for ecological environment from natural run-off interval; and agricultural water use are many sources of water supply, which is comply with the local actual situation and development needs, and its conclusions are reasonable.(2) Set up a fuzzy neural network evaluation model based on chaos optimization algorithm. Fuzzy neural network model has a good local search ability, and chaos optimization algorithm has strong global search ability. The two methods have been combinated, which can make up for the lack of neural networks, give full play to the advantages of both. Combining fuzzy neural network evaluation model based on chaos optimization algorithm with the traditional fuzzy artificial neural network evaluation model, it has higher accuracy and better evaluation of the effect. Using the model, the groundwater vulnerability of the Sanjiang Plain has been evaluated.(3) It has been established that the ant colony optimization algorithm based on chaotic projection pursuit classification model. The model with chaotic ant colony optimization algorithm to replace the traditional genetic algorithm, so that the calculation of projection pursuit model improve accuracy further. Applies the model to Hulin County Nature Yueya Reserve, a number of years of different soil cultivation conducted a comprehensive evaluation of quality, through a comparative analysis of the value of comprehensive evaluation to assess the size of the soil after reclamation trends, and achieved a relatively satisfactory results of the evaluation.(4) It has been set up that the gray GM (1,1) model based on the chaotic particle swarm optimization. Through horizontal and vertical comparison, the optimization result is good, the model prediction accuracy has been improved. Appling the model, the groundwater level of the Sanjiang Plain in Jiansanjiang Subbureau Chuangye Farms has been predicted. Prediction results shows that the next five years, if the current development model does not change, groundwater supply and demand in dynamic equilibrium will be further damaged, resulting in groundwater level in the area will be continued to decline.(5)It has been established that the wavelet neural network model based on chaotic particle swarm optimization. the model have overcome the defect which it easy to the local least. Using the model, the amount of water required of rice in Fujin Town has been predicted. The result are turn up trumps. It provides that theory for making irrigaion system for Sanjiang Plain. At the same time, it also offer new method for predicting amount of water required of rice.2. the innovative points:In this paper, the first time, chaotic ant colony algorithm, chaotic particle swarm algorithm and chaotic fuzzy neural network evaluation model based on optimization algorithm were applied to the field of hydrology and water resources. Through a comparative analysis of these types of model in the field of hydrology and water resources of the application result is good, has a broad development space for the chaos theory in hydrology and water resources to optimize the field of applied research and development to expand the idea. |
