The circular mold pelletier machine is the production of alfalfa particles key equipment,and the circular mold is the pelletier machine core working parts.Because the circular mold bad working conditions,and the long-term bear roller pressure and alfalfa friction and high temperature,humidity,make the circular mold easily fail and cause great economic losses for enterprise.In order to find a suitable circular mold material, reduce production cost,achieve efficient production and bring considerable economic benefit.In this paper based on the previous the circular mold studies,use alfalfa powder for abrasive materials,and the MLS - 225 type wet sand rubber wheel abrasion tester for wear experiment to research 9SiCr steel abrasion performance resistanting alfalfa powder in the heat treatment,to further explore the soft abrasive wear mechanism,In order to find the suitable material provide certain the theory basis for agricultural machinery and feed machinery,and this is an important meaning to save energy and save materials and protect the environment,and it will produce great social and economic benefits.This subject mainly have the following several aspects:First,choose the experiment materials 9SiCr steel and carry the six different heat treatment process;Second,use the metallographic microstructure observation the samples microstructure;Third,carry the impact test and the hardness test;Fourth,set test plan and the MLS - 225 type wet sand rubber wheel abrasion tester to wear experiment;Fifth,use the electronic balance to survey sample quality loss;Sixth,use the JSM - 5600LV lower vacuum scanning electron microscope observe the specimen surface wear appearance;Seventh,use the JSM - 5600LV X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analyzer analysis the specimen wear surface chemical element;Finally the experimental conclusion is:(1) 9SiCr specimens relative wearability is the maximum in the A4 heat treatment (austenitic temperature/time:900℃/10 min,isothermal temperature/time:180℃/30 min, tempering temperature/time:270℃/2 h,quenching medium:salt bath);(2) The organization after isothermal quenching increase the abrasive wear resistance of steel and board strips martensite is more wear resisting;(3) The hardness,impact toughness and wear are not function relationship in the three-body soft abrasive wear;(4) The wear quality under the high speed conditions is greater than the wear under the low speed; (5) The micro-cutting wear mechanism is the main operating way and the brittle deformation of fatigue spalling is not obvious;(6) The rational combination of the hardness and toughness is the most effective way to improve the 9SiCr alfalfa powder's abrasive wear resistance capacity.
