The thesis first states the significance and the purpose of monitoring on the production and transportation of raw milk, analyses development of dairy industry home and abroad and present situation of monitoring on the production and transportation of raw milk and the application of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology in animal husbandry industry as well as the methods and technology of monitoring on the production and transportation of raw milk, and studies on technologies of identification of individual animals and that of milk flowmeter, researches on the construction of network monitoring platform on B/S structure and database construction.The thesis studies on the basic functions, achieving automatic identification of individual cow by RFID technology, realizing semi-automation or fully automation on data collection and recording through electronic meter on dairy production, monitoring indirectly the full process of growing conditions of dairy cows in respects of feeding, weighing, vet services and medicine use. The system will realize automatic recording of milk production and transfer in real time the milk data to system management platform via internet. Meanwhile, raw milk transport vehicles will be equipped with a wireless data transmission device and the GPS system for transfering the milk data to the server. In consequence, monitoring departments will get in-time knowledge of general situation of raw milk production and transportation of the whole area through the platform, enterprises will know the vet services and medicine use on cows via the platform and the milk production data of cows automatically transferred by the system and real production and transfortation of raw milk after comparing with the data of real raw milk collection at factories and therefor can monitor milk quality and prevent adulteration integreting with the corresponding measures on quality control.The system is mainly composed of the following parts: hardware devices (ear tags, identification system of dairy cattle that is the reader, data acquisition of milk production, handheld data collector, wireless data transmission devices); software (data collection, information release , databases, etc. based on four user platform respectively government supervision departments, enterprises, dairy raising parks, household user); additional equipment (computers, printers); milk transport vehicles equipped with GPS, and wireless data transmission and flowmeters.The software of system applies mutiple-layer B/S (Brower/Server) based on WEB information system construction. The whole monitoring system is composed of front-desk reflection layer, middle business layer, data-visiting layer and database layer. Client users only need web browser so that the maintance on client users reduces the most and the system realizes the real"slim client". In this way, operators can process at any places and the data processing speed and safety can be improved on each data collectors. In addition, the system can make statistics on dynamic quantity information of dairy production and transfortation of each dairy enterprise, dairy farm and household, calculate out the numbers of farms and scale information at any time, and generate various statistic statements, check at any time the farms and factories containing problem milk if the problems occures and automatically generate advice for dealing with incidents.
