To serious harm of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), while the effective prophylactico-therapeutic measures have not been found on agriculture; The varietiy of K326 cultivated area in the country is comparatively large. Its output, quality, etc.are a better combination. In particular, good quality is less than the other varieties, but it is not one of the shortcomings of against mosaic disease. In this paper, after CMV inoculated, the disease index, disease-related activity and hydrogen perox- ide(H2O2) were determined.Salicylic acid(SA) induce to CMV, induced resistance to transfer and cumulative effect were studied.Major findings of the research are as follows:Tobacco laminae sprayed by SA and MeJA,which all could induce tobacco plant to resist CMV,the disease index reduced. The induced impact was 33.58% and 32.24% separately; Sprayed by SA and MeJA, and after CMV inoculated, both measures, could significantly increase the tobacco leaf enzyme activities, which consist of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD),and increased the content of H2O2, lower catalase (CAT) activity. This means that, SA and MeJA could increased the tobacco body's SOD activity and POD activity, reduced CAT activity to improve the H2O2 content of the SAR second messengers to induce the SAR in plants to enhance resistance to CMV.SA to deal with tobacco on behalf of the G1, the disease index decreased significantly (P<0.01) lower than antitheses, G1 effect of genetic transmission reach to 33.28%, and have increased the activities of POD, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) inside the tobacco plants.Cumulative effect in the resistance test, After the G1 and G2 were induced by SA got vaccinated CMV, the disease index compared with the antitheses, were significantly lower, the cumulative effects respectively achieve 35.81% and 44.70%, and the difference between the two significantly; At the same time, in tobacco plant of G1 and G2, the POD, PPO and PAL activities are higher than the antitheses. In short, SA and MeJA can induce tobacco plant to resist to CMV. Dealed with SA not only the tobacco plant induced against CMV, and this resistance could pass through the offspring, and through the continuous induction, induced resistance were enhanced by generation.
