The proportion of livestock production in agricultural is an important indicator of measure of a country and regional levels of agricultural modernization,pasture and feed crops is an important production of agricultural and animal husbandry,it plays an important role in the development of animal husbandry.Nowadays,In china,pay more attention in exploiting grass pasture resources,develop pasture of high biological yield,good quality,accelerate production of green feed industry,is great significant of strategic to alleviate the current tension to feed grain.In the study we found that In the cross 975-12×R18 was controlled by two additive-dominant-epistatic major-genes plus additive-dominant polygenes(the E-1 model), however in the cross R18×975-12 was controlled by two additive-dominant-epistatic major-genes plus additive-dominant-epistatic polygenes(the E-0 model).In the cross 975-12×R18,there was the maximum heritability value of the major gene in the F2 population (88.9456%),the most highest heritability value of the polygene was 14.1564%in B1 population;in the cross R18×975-12,there was the maximum heritability value of the major gene in the F2 population(87.2997%),the most highest heritability value of the polygene was 80.7618%in B2 population.Proteins spots were analyzed using PDQUEST software,it showed that differential expression of peoteins existed between Z.perennis sprayed and unsprayed gibberellin during the anther and pollen,there are two stage expressed proteins only in Z.perennis unsprayed gibberellin,but there aren't two stage expressed proteins only in Z.perennis sprayed gibberellin.In anther,there are 72 expressed proteins only in Z.perennis unsprayed gibberellin,19 up-regulated expression proteins in Z.perennis unsprayed gibberellin,4 up-regulated expression proteins in Z.perennis sprayed gibberellin;In pollen,there are 49 expressed proteins only in Z.perennis unsprayed gibberellin,6 up-regulated expression proteins in Z.perennis unsprayed gibberellin,22 up-regulated expression proteins in Z.perennis sprayed gibberellin.With direct MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry analysis,two of them were detected asβ-tubulin and aldolasel.β-tubulin play an important role in the cell shape,cell division,material transport,energy conversion,information transmission,cell differentiation,cell elongation and cell polarity;aldolasel is the regeneration phase of the second enzyme and the triose phosphate isomerase,the two successive catalytic reaction,aldolasel catalyze the reversible two three-carbon sugar to reduce the formation of six-carbon sugar,is the Calvin CO2 fixation cycle after the first catalytic compounds into 3C enzyme compounds 6C.
