The study, which materials of were nutritional reproductive organs underground of perennial weed-Sonchus brachyotus DC., was carried on during the year of 2008 to 2009 at Xiang fang experiment and practice base of Northeast Agricultural University, and the study was that: (1) Influence of GA3 and 2, 4-D butyl acetate on soybean field and quality intended to indicate the influence of them on soybean. (2) Influence of exogenous substances-GA3 and 2, 4-D butyl acetate those were applied in autumn intended to indicate the influence on Sonchus brachyotus bud-roots. The main results showed that,1. Germination rate of Sonchus brachyotus bud-roots increased significantly, dormancy was delayed and the depth of dormancy was reduced by applying exogenous substances. But exogenous GA3 and 2, 4-D butyl acetate didn't release dormancy of Sonchus brachyotus during over winter period. Physiological indexes were influenced significantly by spraying different concentrations of GA3 and 2, 4-D butyl acetate. Physiological indexes in bud-roots of Sonchus brachyotus were influenced significantly at bud stage by spraying moderate concentration GA3 (30 g·hm-2) and 2, 4-D butyl acetate (150 g·hm-2), and the contents of soluble sugar and amylase increased, amylolysis accelerated, the synthesis of GA3 was promoted and the increase of ABA was delayed.Sonchus brachyotus came into dormancy one month later than the control and the germination rate of that, which could remain 27% at the end of the investigation and accounted for 50% of the control, was less than 50% on Jan. 13th by spraying moderate concentration (30 g·hm-2) GA3 at full-bloom stage. Sonchus brachyotus came into dormancy one month later than the control by spraying moderate concentration (150 g·hm-2) 2, 4-D, but the germination rate of that was more than 50% during later period and there was no obvious difference than that of the control.2. Soybean yield could be increased significantly and quality would not be influenced by spraying high concentration (30g·hm-2) GA3 nd 450 g·hm-2 of 2, 4-D at brown pod stage (Sep. 3th, 2008) .After spraying GA3, soybean yield, 100-seed weight and lipid content were respectively 9.77%, 3.06% and 1.96% more that of the control, although water and protein content reduced and were respectively 0.24% and 1.07% lower than that of the control and there was no obvious difference than that of the control. After spraying 2, 4-D butyl acetate, soybean yield, 100-seed weight, water and lipid content were respectively 3.68%, 11.11%, 3.36% and 4.71% more than that of the control, and protein content which was 2.66% lower than that of the control reduced significantly.3. In practice, drum tablets in soybean period brachyotus Chicory flower food that is, early in September reference period used by spraying high concentration (30g·hm-2) GA3 nd 450 g·hm-2 of 2, 4-D at brown pod stage and (Sep. 3th, 2008) .
