Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development. Agricultural sustainable development is an important part of the social-economic sustainable development and a key historical task of building new socialist countryside in our country.On the basis of the review of the agro-ecosystem researches, this paper analyzes the problem of land utilization. It applies the input-output theory and the methods of agro-ecosystem service values to study the input and output situation of the agro-ecosystem in Qapqal and agro-ecosystem service values. Then, relayed on the above research, to study the change trend of agro-ecosystem service values, and reveals the intrinsic relationships within the system inner elements consisted of the system and that one between them and the extra environment of the system. As a result, the foundation of the reasonable use of agricultural resources and the City's agro-ecosystem sustainable development is established.(1) The land utilization intensification coefficient is lower. Although the land consumption redound coefficient is higher, the productivity of land doesn't bring into play. In addition, the phenomenon of soil pollution and degradation in Qapqal is serious, which make against sustainable development of agriculture economy. From now on, we should strengthen intensification utilization of land resource and use fertilizer and farm chemical scientifically to decrease soil pollution. Then we can promote sustainable utilization of soil resource in Xinjiang Qapqal.(2) The results showed that the total service value of agricultural ecosystem in Qapqal increased from 577380.36 million yuan in 2003 to 697688.445 million yuan in 2007a increase of 120308.085 million yuan. In terms of composition, carbon fixation, oxygen production and environment purification are very great, after this is the value of farm product. So agricultural ecosystem in Qapqal not only play a important part in service function, but also provide ecology barrier function.(3) Then the paper analyzed the main crop economic benefits of Qapqal county in Xinjiang, which used some analytical method, such as agriculture effects, comparative advantage and marginal putout. The input–output ratio order of the main crop is: corn>cotton>beet>rice>wheat, while cotton, beet and rice have holistic comparative advantage. The conclusions of article have great significance in optimized and adjust agriculture planting structure in study area.
