| Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is famous for Dongzao Jujube. So it is named Dongzao Town. Binzhou is one of the earliest cities which develop industrialization of Dongzao Jujube. Dongzao Jujube not only has become the pillar industry to help farmers shake off poverty but also expanded to many other places which suitable for planting. It also contributes to our new country building.In recent years, Lygus Lcorum Mayer has become the main pest and resulted significant losses in the main Dongzao Jujube producing areaes in China. The production and quality of Dongzao Jujube were influenced seriously. Knowlage's lack on basic biology of Lygus Lcorum Mayer and the research on medication choice caused the prevention and cure effects were quite shortage. On the other hand the areaes of Dongzao Jujube increased quickly in recent years but the skills of Dongzao Jujube management were lower than the development of production which caused many Dongzao Jujube bases were given up by planters.This paper studied Lygus Lucorum Mayer dynamics and the harm characteristics in two representative Dongzao Jujube main producing areas in Binzhou City. Observe the control effect of 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin micro-emulsion, 10% resistance rate to eliminate EC, 90% DuPont Lannate soluble powder, 35% Acetamiprid, 10% Imidacloprid in controlling Lygus lucorum Mayer in Field.And studied practice technologh on Lygus Lcorum Mayer sticker.Through two-year-survey, we found that:1.Lygus lucorum Mayer has five generations one year in the northern areaes of Shandong province. The overwintering eggs are produced in the pruning stubble of the Dongzao Jujube pruning, inside bud scales and old barks. garden weeds, diseased residues and shallow soil main in the pruning stubble; overwintering eggs start hatching from March to April in the following year, the first generation fundatrices in early-May, the second-generation fundatrices in mid-June; generation overlapping is common after the second generation, the generation fundatrices of the third, fourth, fifth generations respectively occurs in mid-July, mid-August, mid-September. The first and second generations have the largest number of pest, which make the most serious harm to Dongzao Jujube, the number of Lygus lucorum Mayer reduces obviously after mid-July.The spatial distribution of Lygus lucorum Mayer was significantly unbalanced. The population density of the Dongzao Jujube at the edge of farm was significantly higher than the middle one of farm. The change of the spatial distribution was large at different time. The newly-hatched nymph feeds on the weeds under the Jujube before germination of Jujube. Lygus lucorum Mayer usually feeds from germination to the late May on the tree. Lygus lucorum Mayer feeds in the weeds under the Jujube at the other time; the high occurrence period occurred in mid-June, the density in different directions has little discrepant.Lygus lucorum Mayer usually climbs to leaf and bud for feeding in early morning or night .They hide in shade or crack of soil in the sunny high-temperature day and have poor activity crawls rapidly after frightened. adults have strong ability of flight and can do harms between different crops and Jujube gardens.2. The first generation of Lygus lucorum Mayer mainly endangered budlets and tender leaves of Dongzao jujube. If this disease was serious.the hurted tender tissues can not grow normaly .The second generation of Lygus lucorum Mayer mainly endangered flower buds and young fruits. Flower buds would stopp growing immediately and exfoliated if they were hurt. Young fruits usually appeared dark necrotic spots and protuberances, pulp tissues necrosised and fruit-dropping if they were hurt.3. Lygus lucorum Mayer's occurrence was closed related to ecology that around Dongzao jujube.This paper provide theoried accordance on how to strenghthen Dongzao jujube'sfine management..4.By the control effect of five kinds of chemical to Lygus lucorum Mayer in 3 years on the field we found:At the same dilution multiples, the virulence of different types of pesticides to Lygus lucorum Mayer order: methomgl> kang chong su mie> imidacloprid > Bai Jie> Acetamiprid.One day after administration, methomgl was the best, followed by kang chong su mie, acetamiprid control effect worst; 3 days after treatment, the pharmaceutical Pharmacodynamic generally increased, the correction control effect of methomgl, kang chong su mie and imidacloprid, imidacloprid reached more than 90%, Acetamiprid also control effect of correction reached 82.68%; 7 days of the pharmaceutical control effect decreased, the maximum speed for the Impact to eliminate, the lowest for Acetamiprid; 1 day, 3 days control effect had the same effect with the indoor field basically.The protective effect for leaves of pesticide was in line with its field control effect.5.Sticker had good prevention and cure for Dongzao jujube Lygus lucorum Mayer.At the time of Dongzao jujube gemination and end branching twice one year's painting on the stickers(wideth 2cm-3cm) was the best choice.6.Our prevention and cure method had got remarkable economic benefit.And contributed to ... |
