Phosphorus is one of the first found in one of the necessary nutrients of plants, involved in many important compounds of plants, is an indispensable metabolic process of plant growth. The world's arable land is about 43% of phosphorus deficiency, China's farmland is about 2/3 severe phosphorus deficiency. Therefore, phosphorus is an important position in agriculture. Phosphate rock as a non-renewable resources, is mainly in low-grade. The low-grade phosphate rock which average content of P2O5 is 17% -18% is 90% of the total, and the high-grade phosphate rock which content of P2O5 is greater than 30% is only about 8 % of the total. Therefore, how to efficiently and fully utilize the phosphorous in low-grade phosphate rock and to ease the crisis of phosphorus is great significance.First of all, we used the ultra-fine technology and mechanical activation to enhance the availability of phosphorous from low-grade phosphate rock, and then through the composting fermentation achieved the secondary activation. We studied the physical properties of the ultra-fine phosphate rock powder , and had a systematic study of its chemical and biological effectiveness of the ultra-fine phosphate rock powder. The main results and conclusions are followings:1.Physical and chemical characteristic of the ultra-fine phosphate rock powder.According to the ultra-fine phosphate rock powder size decreased, the surface area increased, particle roughness increased and the intensity of diffraction peaks increased, the content of available phosphorus increased. The content of available of natural phosphate rock PRA is 2.75%, the content of available phosphorus of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRB and PRC are respectively 4.76% and 4.90%. Adding both organic and inorganic activator is better than the inorganic activator added alone, could shorten the grinding time and improve the efficiency of grinding. 2. Composting fermentation is in favor the secondary activation of ultra-fine phosphate rock powderUltra-fine phosphate rock powder to add organic fertilizer and inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria to deal with a marked increased the available phosphorus content compared to natural phosphate rock powder PRA1, and increased significantly. The content of the available phosphorus of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRB1and PRC1 respectively increased 210.34 % and 217.53 % compared to natural phosphate rock powder PRA1.3. Ultra-fine combined treatment phosphate rock powder is in favor of phosphorus uptake of the ipomoea aquaticaUltra-fine phosphate rock powder have shown yield compared to SP, especially the PRC1 increased 18.7%. The P uptake and utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder closed to SP. Ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRC3 is best, and its P uptake and utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer were 55.93mg, 20.82%.4. Effect of quality of the ipomoea aquatica of Ultra-fine combined treatment phosphate rock powderThe various treatments are significant differences in nitrate content compared to SP,the nitrate content of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRB1 decreased 15.2% compared to SP;The highest vitamin C content is PRC4 which is 294.44mg/kg; The various treatments to deal with differences in the soluble sugar content was not significant compared to SP, in which ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRB3 and PRC3 are the highest soluble sugar contentreaching 1.73 %; The various treatments to deal with differences in the soluble protein content was not significant compared to SP, the soluble protein content of ultra-fine phosphate rock powder PRC2 is up to 36.03mg / g.
