Gobioidei fish is a kind of freshwater fish and marine distribution, More types of fish live in the sea area. Yellow sea and Bohai Sea is located in Northeast Asia, neighboring countries (such as Russia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea), there were many types Gobioidei fish distribution, which is a clear relationship between the species, contribute to the understanding of the Northeast Asia Fish Department of the development and evolution. Therefore Gobioidei fish is a regional a good material of study on animal geography. From July 2007 to June 2008, in the preservation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Zoology, Gobioidei fish samples were re-identification and sorting of information, at the same time, for the fish specimen collection Gobioidei fish of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area. This is the first time of China's Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea in the middle of the goby to carry out a more comprehensive identification and analysis, aimed at analysis of Gobioidei fish in the area of fish composition and distribution of the specific situation on this basis, with the Yangtze River in order to South and neighboring countries and regions Gobioidei fishing conducted the study compared the Gobioidei for fish classification, evolution and the biogeography studies provide important theoretical basis. The main findings are as follows:1. The study of Gobioidei fish samples from 8 of China's independent river into the sea, lakes 4 and 2 sea area within the framework of the 14 geographic populations. View 490 samples, of which 184 were measured for data analysis.2. Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area Gobioidei fish is subfamily 3, Section 3, a total 34 of 53. The net production of 11 fresh water kinds, and the 42 sea kinds. Eleotridae is a 3 geuns 3 kinds. Odontobutidae is 3 geuns 5 kinds. Gobiidae fish is 3 subfamily 28 geuns 45 kinds. Gobiinae is a subfamily 19geuns 34 kinds; Oxudercinae is a subfamily 5 geuns 5 kinds; Amblyopinae fish subfamily 4 genus 6 kinds.3. Eleotridae is warm water fishes belong to the fish, mainly in the south of the Yangtze River estuary of fresh water and salt and fresh water area, north of the Yangtze River less distribution. Odontobutidae is a typical fresh water fish species, as a result of some type of introduction and extensive distribution, for some types of cold temperature, the more spread out in the cold. Gobiidae is the main component of fish, both freshwater species and types of sea water, some sea fish may also enter pool of sea; Oxudercinae and Amblyopinae mostly live in estuaries and coastal waters warm temperature or warm water of bottom-dwelling fish, shrimp tiger fish.4. Yellow sea and Bohai Sea area have 11 freshwater fish, 3 areas speceis. There are 8 kinds of fish in 11 is also located in the south of the Yangtze River. Yellow sea and Bohai Sea area have 42 sea water fish, 28 kinds in Bohai Sea, 38 kinds in Yellow Sea, including 4 area species. Compared with the East China Sea and the Sea Fish, is a total 22 same species; and the South China Sea area,is a total of 19 same species.5. Yellow sea and Bohai Sea area of fresh water fish dominance index (0.38) was higher than that of marine fish (0.07). Compared with other areas found, East China Sea and Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area species similarity coefficient (1.42 percent) higher than the South China Sea (0.81 percent) and the island of Taiwan (0.64 percent).6. Compared with Yellow and Bohai Sea area and Japan and the Korean Peninsula comparison, there are 16 same kinds of fish, and Japan fishes production compared to a total of 31 same species, with the yield on the Korean Peninsula fish compared to a same species 23. Japan and the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area species similarity coefficient (0.26 percent) lower than that of the Korean Peninsula (2.19 percent).
