Study And Design Of The Mountainous Planter

There are 5157.63 million mu of dry land and 2597.95 million mu of level terrace of cultivated area at the end of the year 2007 in our province,.Gan Su is the typical mountainous plateau area.The seeding work was basically operated by people and animal power in this area. This way is not merely with great labour intensity, low production efficiency, and poor working quality. At present the technology of large and middle sizes seeder is relatively mature at home and abroad, but it is closely restricted by the factors of volume,turning radius , mating power and etc,so inconformity to the operation of small plot. In order to meet the agricultural requirements of sowing of the mountainous and rain-fed land, this article designed a new mountainous planter.This seeder is suitable for seeding work in the dry farming and the plain area, the mountainous and level terrace,it can finished seperating soil, fertilizing and seed shedding, covering soil and compacting at one time, which can implement the functions of spliting application the seed and fertilizer, deep fertilization, covering with wet soil, vertical stratified application of fertilizer and seed, contour following and compressing. This paper designed the opener and other working parts, determined the key parameters of every component. At the same time it designed the setting sowing depth and profiling mechanism. the opener'layout is pre and post, row spacing is taken 300mm. The effect is better when the structure parameters of the opener is taken as follows:ε=5～8°,β1=34°,L1=80～100mm,β2=46～51°,L2=40～50mm,α=25～35°,H1=40～50mm,H2=8～9cm,2γ=40～45°,B1=30mm,B2=52mm。By the trial seeding,we found that the grain number at the range of 30～50mm in soil layer account for 70.674%, fertilizers is concentrated at the range of 90～100mm in soil layers; the seed number above the interstratified accounts for 94.3% when the distance of seeds to fertilizer is 30mm,and have not the phenomenon of seed and fertilize mixed and sprayed; seed is distributed at the belt range of 48.2mm, width of fertilizer is at the range of 20～25mm; the stem number which length of the yellow flower is at the range of 20-50mm account for 89.89% of total, the average field emergence rate of wheat account for 80.86%.
