The systematical research was done in this test on dairy cattle superovulation, artificial insemination of sexing semen, cut embryonic cells and embryo transfer techniques and so on. FSH was used on donor cow for superovulation, non-surgical mining eggs, embryo sex determination, embryo freezing and embryo transfer. 55 high-yielding dairy cows which they have no reproductive diseases were selected for test in order to seek more appropriate solutions and factors affecting the superovulation effect. LAMP was used on bovine embryos for sex determination and transplantation, the results showed that :1.The results of Comparing the superovulation effection among different superovulation programs showed that the average number of corpus luteum of Group B is 10.30±2.27, that was slightly lower than 10.33±2.70 of group A (P> 0.05); The average nomber of recycled eggs, available embryos, the degradation of fertilezed embryo and not fertilized eggs were 9.00±2.85,3.72±1.41,1.94±1.16 and 3.33±2.57 ,respectively. Which are lower than group B of which were 9.55±1.96, 3.95±2.19, 2.25±1.12 and 3.35±2.39 ,respectively(P> 0.05).2. The average count of the multiparaous cows corpus luteum and not fertilized eggs were 10.70±2.70 and 3.52±2.35, respectively, Which are higher than the young cows 9.73±1.94 and 3.07±2.63 (P> 0.05 ). The average count of young cows recycled eggs, available embryos, the degradation of fertilezed embryo and not fertilized eggs were 9.00±2.85,3.72±1.41,1.94±1.16 and 3.33±2.57, respectively, Which are higher than the adult cows 9.04±2.60,3.61±1.83 and 1.91±1.35(P>0.05).3. From the cattle which were superovulated and artificial inseminated to see, the results of the comparison between routine frozen semen and sex controled frozen semen showed that the count of embryos can be used of the former group is 6.93±2.25A, that is significantly higher than 3.84±2.28B of the latter group(P<0.01), the average count of degradated embryos of the latter group is 2.11±1.13 that is higher than 1.73±1.16 of the former group(P>0.05), and the average count of not fertilized eggs of the latter group is 3.34±1.14a that is higher than 1.67±1.05b of the former group(P<0.05).4.The successful rate of hand cut is 84.0% that is silightly lower than 84.8% of the micro-operation of cutting(P>0.05). After transfer, the pregnancy rate of hand cut is 10% that is significantly lower than 36.4% of the micro-operation of cutting(P<0.05).5. The identify rate is 87.04% trough the female embryos of sex controlled. The pregnancy rate of recipient is 23.8% after transfer.
