The research has used the germination test first discussed the effect of the seed sprouts of 17 oats varieties (Tybor naked oat, Captifal oat,141-1 naked oat, Ulfima oat 1998, Manic oat 2003, Sylva oat 1990, Voa-22 naked oat, Marion oat 2002, Nova oat 2003, Appallaches oat 1990, Lamar oat 2001, Vao-2 2006, Baiyan 2, Baiyan 3, Baiyan 6, Baiyan 7,Neisan 2) under the different NaCl density (0,50,100,150,200,250mmol l-1). carried on the variety salt endurance to compare and to determine conducted the salty coercion research the suitable NaCl density, subsequently selected two salt endurance different varieties (Baiyan and Neisan 2) under the different SNP concentration level (0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08,0.1mmol l-1) studied the SNP adjustment salt coercion to sow seeds the germination suitable density, cultivated the experiment in this foundation using the germination test and the water, used two salt endurance different varieties (Baiyan 6 and Neisan 2) to study under the NaCl coercion extraneous source NO to sprout, the seedling growth and the correlation physiology target influence to the oats seed.The result indicated that:1.17 varieties may be divided into 3 groups, in which strong-salinity varieties were: Captifal oat, Ulfima oat 1998, Manic oat 2003, Marion oat 2002 and Baiyan 6; The weak-salinity varieties were: Voa-22 naked oat, Nova oat 2003, Lamar oat 2001, Vao-2 2006, Baiyan 2, Baiyan 3,Neisan; The neutral anti-salt variety were Tybor naked oat, 141-1 naked oat, Sylva oat 1990, Appallaches oat 1990 and Baiyan 7.150-200mmol l-1NaCl is the anti-salt critical concentration for oats, 150mmol l-1NaCl is the suitable density for the anti-salinity research on oats.2.Under the 150mmol l-1NaCl coercion, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1mmol l-1SNP processing may enhance the seed-germination percentage and the sprout length of Baiyan 6 and Neisan 2, in which straightens up the effect by 0.06 mmol l-1 SNP place to be the best.3.Under the 150mmol l-1NaCl coercion, each target of two kind of oats seeds sprout has drop. Neisan 2 drop degrees bigger than Baiyan 6, during two variety differences achieved 5% remarkable level,0.06 mmol l-1SNP processing may obviously enhance each germination targets of two varieties oats ,but the function effects to Neisan is better.4. 150mmol l-1NaCl may obviously enhanced the MDA content and tissue electrionic conductivity, reduced the fresh weight, dry matter weight and the chlorophyll content in the leaves of two oats,the oxidized damages to Neisan 2 is bigger than Baiyan 6 ,the different of two varieties achieves 5% remarkable level.0.06 mmol l-1SNP obviously reduced the MDA content and tissue electrionic conductivity, enhanced the fresh weight, dry matter weight , the chlorophyll content and SOD,POD,CAT and APX activity in the leaves of two oats, enhanced the anti-salinitie of two oats, also the degree of the enhance to Neisan 2 is bigger than Baiyan 6.5. 150mmol l-1NaCl may obviously reduced the water potential and the osmotic potential, enhanced the Na+ content, reduced the K+ content and the K+/Na+ in Baiyan 6 and Neisan 2 seedlings. The drop degree of Baiyan 6 is smaller the Neisan 2. 0.06 mmoll-1SNP processed obviously enhances the water potential ,the osmotic potential and the K+/Na+ in Baiyan 6 and Neisan 2 under the 150mmol-1NaCl coercion. The degree of enhance to Neisan 2 is also bigger than Baiyan 6.
