White-petal trait was an important target trait for rapeseed, highly visual identification, in the determination of species of outcrossing rate and purity, the transfer of traits such as detection has wide application prospect.According to the white-petal gene analysis, closely linked with the color traits of molecular markers to control the color of the QTL trait loci as well as non-allelic interaction between the sites can been found, not only conductive to improving the breeding efficiency of oilseed rape,rape-rich elements marker loci, but also to further reveal the color of the molecular genetic mechanism of characters and lay the foundation for cloning the relevant gene.In this paper, based on the F2 population with 153 lines derived from the resynthesis material HW243(white petal parent) and.HZ21-1(yellow petal parent),a genetic linkage map of Brassica napus L.was constructed and the QTL of the petal color trait was analyzed. The main results were summarized as follows:1.Selecting SSR markers from 600 primers, there were 126 markers which had the DNA molecular polyporphism,it reached up to 21.0%.After analyzing the F2 population,it got 104 SSR markers which can be used for linkage mapping.2.A SSR genetic map of Brassica napus L.was constructed with F2 population. It was divided into 19 linkage group, including 87 SSR markers and covering 1017.6cM,the average distance between markers was 11.70cM.3 Identification of QTLs for the flower color of Brassica napus L.,two additive QTLs were checked out,qPE4 was located in linkage group 4,between the Na12-G08 and BN9A interval,explained14.50%of the phenotypic variation;qPE11was located in linkage group 11,between the Na12-E06 and Na12-B06 interval, explained 16.38%of the phenotypic variatio molecular markers Na12-G08,BN9A,Na12-E06A and Na12-B06 which nearby the two QTL can be used in marker-assisted selection.4.Detected three pairs of epistatic QTL,which located in linkage group 4-11,9-10 and 11-14,respectively,explained 0.37%,21.67%and 0.34%of the phenotypic variation, total contribution of the epistatic effects was 22.38%.
