The Contamination And Distribution Rule Of Aflatoxin B₁, T-2 Toxin And Ochratoxin A In Feedstuffs In China

The contamination and distribution profiles of Fusarium mycotoxins in main feedstuffs and products in china were investigated.A total of 1013 samples were collected from 11 provinces in seven regions of China in March and August.AflatoxinB₁,T-2 toxin, and ochratoxin.A contents were analysed using the enzyme-labeled immunoassay(ELISA). The contamination ratios were judged by dose limited standard at home and abroad.The main results were as follows:The contamination ratios of aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin,and ochratoxin were 99.51%, 96.05%,and 93.58%,respectively.The percentage of the aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin,and ochratoxin content overrunning the limited standard contents were 2.27%,0%,and 0.30%, respectively.The content of the aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin,ochratoxin content in feedstuffs was affected significantly(P＜0.01) by provinces(regional),the Aflatoxin B₁ content of feedstuffs samples collected in Guizhou Province was greatest;the toxin T-2 content of feedstuffs samples collected in Guangdong,Sichuan,Henan,Shandong Province were higher than those samples collected in other provinces;the ochratoxin A content of feedstuffs samples collected in Fujian sample was greatest.The contents of the aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin and ochratoxin A in feedstuffs was affected (P＜0.05) by season.The contents of aflatoxin B₁ and ochratoxin A in feedstuffs collected in August was lower than those samples collected in March;The content of T-2 toxin in feedstuffs collected in August was higher(P＜0.05) than those samples collected in March.The contents of the aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin and ochratoxin A was affected by the feedstuffs species.The content of aflatoxin B₁ toxin in cottonseed meal was greater (P＜0.05) than other feedstuffs species.In comparision with other feedstuffs species,the content of T-2 toxin in soybean meal was higher(P＜0.05).The content of ochratoxin A in rapeseed meal was greater(P＜0.05) than other feedstuffs species. In conclusion,the Mycotoxin,aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin and ochratoxin A content of feedstuffs samples were influenced by feedstuffs species and sampled provinces.The aflatoxin B1,ochratoxin A contents of feedstuffs collected in March was higher than those feedstuffs collected in August.but by the T-2 toxin contamination of the situation is the opposite.The aflatoxin B₁,T-2 toxin and ochratoxin A contents of protein feedstuffs ingredients were greast.
