In the Sole-cropping system and Rely-cropping system,different cultivar's character of agriculture and photosynthesis,metabolism of soluble sugar and nitrogen,yield and quality were studied,the principal results were shown as follows:1.In Relay-cropping system,the plant height increased,the stem diameter reduced,the number of branches and nodules reduced,the variation range of imported soybean is higher than CK.In the Sole-cropping system,nts1007 and bragg represent well and the number of branches and nodules are significant higher than CK.Nts1007 represent supernodule character and nod139 never noduled.2.In Sole-cropping system,nts1007 and bragg's character of photosynthetic rate,ΦPSⅡ,Fv/ Fm,SPAD value are similar with CK,but the LAI is lower.In Relay-cropping system,the photosynthetic rate reduced significantly,nts1007 and bragg are significant lower than CK at the growth stage of R4. With Sole-cropping system as compared,the maximum photo chemical efficiency didn't changed in Relay-cropping system,but the actual photo chemical efficiency reduced significantly.Simultaneity,the LAI of nts1007 and nod139 reduced rapidly but the CK increase.The charater of nod139 represent badly.3.Either Sole-cropping or Relay-cropping system,the soluble sugar content in stem and pods of all genotype soybean were the highest at the stage of R6 and CK was higher than the imported soybean. The soluble sugar content of nod139's leaves was the highest at the stage of R1,and holded on a high level.The solube sugar of stem and pods reduced very significantly in Relay-corpping system.The nitrogen in stem and leaves of all genotype soybean's was the highest at the stage of R1 in two cropping system except nod139.In Sole-cropping system,the nitrogen in stem,leaves and pods of nts1007 were the highest in all kinds of genotype soybean.In the Relay-cropping system,the N content in stem and leaves of nts1007 still were the highest and the content in pods of Gongxuan1# was the highest.The nitrogen of nod139 was the lowest whichever the organ was.The nitrogen of pods reduced rapidly in Relay-cropping system.The variation range of different genotype is not identical.Nts1007,18.41%, was superlative.4.The ability of fixing the nitrogen was reduced significantly in Relay-cropping system.The ureide content of stem,leaves and pods achived their peak value at the stage R6,R1 and R4.In Sole-cropping system,the ureide of nts1007 was superlative in every organ.In Relay-cropping system,the ureide content of stem,leaves and pods was Gongxuan1#,nts1007 and nandou12#.The ureide content of nod139 was the lowest in every organ..The ureide content of leaves and pods reduced significantly in Realy-cropping system.The leaves' variation range of nod139 is superlative and the pods' variation range of bragg is superlative.5.The stem and leaves' dry weight achived peak value at the stage of R6,the pods' dry weight increased gradually along with the growing stage.In Sole-cropping system,the stem and leaves' dry weight were the highest and the pod dry weight of nts1007 was superlative.In Relay-cropping system, the dry weight of CK were higher than nts1007 and bragg every organ.The dry weight of every part of nod139 is the lowest in the growing stage.6.In Sole-cropping system,the pod number per plant of nts1007 was the highest,the seed number per plant of bragg was the highest,the 100-seed weight of gongxuan1# was the highest and the yield of bragg,2629.95kg·ha-1,was the highest among the different genotype soybean.In Relay-cropping system,the pod number per plant of nandou12# was the highest,the seed number per plant of bragg was the highest,the 100-seed weight of gongxuan1# wat the highest and the yield of bragg,2324.71kg·ha-1, was the highest among the different genotype soybean.Nts1007 and bragg's pod number per plant and yield reduced rapidly in Relay-cropping,the pod number per plant and yield of nts1007 reduced respectively 49.2%and 53.57%;the pod number per plant and yield of bragg reduced respectively 48.62%and 55.68%.7.The quality of different genotype soybean had significant differeence between Sole-cropping system and Relay-cropping system.The crude oil content reduced significantly in Relay-cropping system,and the range of nod139 was the superlative,0.8 percent.The crude oil content of imported soybean was higher than CK.The protein content increased significantly in Relay-cropping system. Gongxuan1# was the superlative,1.74%higher than that in Sole-cropping system.The protein content of imported soybean was lower than CK.
