| Equipment management has become an important part of modern enterprise management. Especially for relatively weak management infrastructure equipment in feed enterprises, equipment management is even more far-reaching significance. Research on feed business equipment management is an important subject to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise system, but also is the core issues which should be solved currently.In this paper, it has done a serious, comprehensive, systematic study of feed enterprises equipment management, which refers to the international management theory and their own practice on the feed equipment management. The reality management of animal feed enterprise equipment was discussed, it analysis the current situation and problems in feed enterprises equipment management. In the feed enterprises equipment management system, the staff's duties of equipment management and operation, the management of a point of order in feed production facilities, the regular inspection of equipment, the good condition of feed processing equipment and evaluation methods, and the device file management system all the five parts are discussed in detail. In the feed enterprises investment of equipment management, the evaluation index system of equipment investment was discussed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and scoring system was used to establish feed enterprises equipment investment evaluation model, and the empirical analysis was done. In the key equipment operation of feed enterprises, the mill and granulator machine system were carried out to be analysis in detail. In the equipment maintenance and repair of feed enterprises, the causes of equipment failure were analysis, the equipment maintenance system was established, and the repair of other key equipments, such as grinder, mixer and maintenance, were discussed in detail. On this basis, the strategies and measures of the animal feed enterprises equipment management were proposed to strengthen.
