| In this study,ricefield eel and the Chinese mitten crab Monopterus object for the trial. Determination of yeast complexes,respectively,to 1 age,2 age,3 age and the Chinese mitten crab albus non-specifiic immune functions and the impact of resistance to disease; yeast complex age of 1,2 age,3 age and the Chinese mitten crab albus Growth and survived the impact.The immunoregulation of Dietary Yeast Complex on ricefield eel,Monopterus albus Zuiew and Chinese Mitten-Handed Crab,Eriocheir sinensis was studied.The ricefield eel were divided into 6 groups and were fed with feed supplemented with different ratio of yeast complex,which were 0g/kg.B.W.(Control),0.5g/kg.B.W.(â… ),1.0g/kg.B.W.(â…¡), 1.5g/kg.B.W.(groupâ…¢),2.0g/kg.B.W.(groupâ…£),2.5 g/kg.B.W.(groupâ…¤),respectively. 28 days later,the phagocytic activity of ACP,AKP,LZM,PO,SOD and antibacterial activity of serum were monitored.The results were as follows:1.In one-year ricefield eel,the results showed that the phagocytic activity of ACP was no significance between control group and the experimental groups.Except for groupâ… and groupâ…¤,there were no significance of the AKP between the control group and the experiment groups.The lysozyme activity and SOD of the serum in groupâ…¢,â…£andâ…¤were significantly higher than the control(one-way ANOVA,p<0.05).However,there were no significant differences among groupâ… ,â…¡and the control(one-way ANOVA, p>0.05).The PO activity of the serum in groupâ…£and groupâ…¤were significantly higher than the control(one-way ANOVA,p<0.05),which were no significant differences among groupâ… ,â…¡,â…¢and control group(one-way ANOVA,p>0.05).2.In two-year ricefield eel,the results showed that the phagocytic activity of ACP and PO were no significance between control group and the experimental groups (one-way ANOVA,p>0.05).However,the AKP activity was significant difference between control group and the experimental groups(p<0.05);during the dose of 0 to 2 g/kg.B.W,the AKP activity was increased with the dose increasing and the highest AKP activity was 9.16 in groupâ…£.There was significant difference about the antibacterial activity between control group and the experimental groups(p<0.05);during the dose of 0.5 to 2 g/kg.B.W.,the antibacterial activity was decreased with the dose increasing and the lowest antibacterial activity was 0.05 in groupâ…£.The LZM activity were significant difference between control group and the experimental groups(p<0.05);during the dose of 0.5 to 2.5 g/kg.B.W.,the LZM activity was decreased with the dose increasing and the lowest antibacterial activity was 10.78 in groupâ…£.The SOD activity of the serum in groupâ… and groupâ…¡were significantly higher than the control group(one-way ANOVA, p<0.05),which were no significant differences among the other experimental groups and control group(one-way ANOVA,p>0.05).3.In three-year ricefield eel,the results showed that the phagocytic activity of ACP, AKP and SOD were significantly different between control group and the experimental groups(one-way ANOVA,p<0.05).However,the LZM and antibacterial activity were no signicantly different until the dose of 2.0 g/kg B.W.(one-way ANOVA,p>0.05).In order to study the influence of the yeast complex on the growth rate and disease resistance of M,albus,the weight and the death number of the M.albus were monitored after being cultured for 28 days.Then the ricefield eel were injected with the bacteria, Aeromonas Hydrophila,28 days later,the death number and the weight of the M.albus were recorded.The results showed that the growth rate of the one-year and two-year ricefield eel was increased with the increasing of the dose of dietary yeast complex and the survival rate of the two-year and three-year ricefield eel was increased with the the increasing of the dose.The immunoregulation of the immune factors on the Chinese Mitten-Handed Crab, E.sinensis(initial mean weight of 31.54±3.12 g) was conducted.E.sinensis were divided into 6 groups and were fed with feed supplemented with different ratio of yeast complex,that was 0 g/kg(control group),1.0 g/kg(groupâ… ),10.0 g/kg(groupâ…¡),15.0 g/kg(groupâ…¢),20.0 g/kg(groupâ…£) and 25.0 mg/kg(groupâ…¤),respectively. 28 days later,the activities of phenoloxidase(PO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),lysozyme(U_L) and antibacterial performance(Ua) were monitored.The results indicated that the effects of dietary yeast complex on the activities of PO,SOD,AKP,ACP,U_L and Ua in the tissues and organ of E.sinensis were significant difference(t-test,p<0.05 or p<0.01).The activities of PO,AKP,ACP,U_L and Ua in the serum,muscle and hepatopancrea of E.sinensis were significantly enhanced with yeast complex supplement increasing in the range from 1.0g/kg diet to 25g/kg diet(t-test,p<0.05 or p<0.01).However,the activities of SOD in the serum,muscle and hepatopancrea were significantly lowered.Compared with the control group,the disease-resistance of the oral-challenged group and the injection-challenged group were boosted by 16.6%~45.9%and 16.6%~45.9%, respectively.Yeast complex was show to increase non-specific immunity when mitten-handed crabs were fed diets containing 1.0-25g/kg diet yeast complex. |
