According to the material Peach[Prunus persica(L.) Batsch],based on Enan red soil characteristics, using two methods of lime and phosphate rock for soil improvement, the rules of soil and tree nutrients content changes were analyzed and their impact on the fruit quality and root nutrient storage were studied. The results showed that:1.Application of lime on acid soil is used to adjust soil pH,which increased the soil available P,Ca and Mg contentration, and reduced the soil available Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn contentration.2.Application of lime on acid soil increased the leaves N,K,Ca,Mg and Mn contentration and reduced the leaves Cu,Zn contentration, but the leaves P and Fe contentration had no significant effects.3.Application of lime on acid soil could improve the fruit quality, the concrete manifestations were increased of fruit weight, fruit soluble solids content and vitamin C content, but the effect on titratable acidity was not obvious.4.Application of lime on acid soil could improve the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and starch in the roots of peach trees. This experiment showed that:the effects on soil and tree nutrition, fruit quality and root nutrient storage of digged soil after lime application is superior to lime application directly.5.Application of phosphate rock on acid soil, could not only raise soil pH value, but also increase the soil available P,K,Ca and Mn contentration, and reduced the soil available Mg and Fe contentration.6.Application of phosphate rock on acid soil, would benefit to raise the leaves N,P and K contentration,in certain extent, the greater the amount of phosphate rock applied, the higher the contentration of the leaves N,P and K.However,it reduced the leaves Ca,Mg,Mn contentration, and there was no significant effect on the Fe contentration of the leaves.7.Application of phosphate rock on acid soil had some impact on improving fruit weight,in certain extent, the greater the amount of phosphate rock applied, the greater the size of the fruit, but no significant effects on fruit color, fruit soluble solids content and vitamin C content.8.Application of phosphate rock on acid soil reduced the soluble sugar and starch content in the roots of peach trees, increased the content of soluble protein. This experiment showed that:the effects on soil and tree nutrition, fruit quality and root nutrient storage after applied phosphate rock of 150kg per acre is superior to applied phosphate rock of 100kg per acre.
