The Study On Nondestructive Test Of Apple Content By Computer Tomography During Storage Time

Apples accounts for a large proportion of fruit in export of China,however,the China apples export is restricted by the lower technology of Apple-quality detection.It will strongly improve the competition of Fruit export if a rapid and effective apple quality inspection system was built.In order to build a non-destructive detection of apple,Fushi apples were scanned by CT,and the model of non-destructive based on CT technology during the storage time was established.The research and results are as follows:(1)The conclusion that there was strong linear relationship between the CT value and the main component,which was made by pre-researchers,was verified,further more,it was discovered that that the linear relationships between the main component of apple and CT value were not the same if the apples were stored in different storage time.(2)After the comparing among the models in different storage time,it was clear that the storage time was a very parameter in establishing the models between main component an CT value,the storage must be calculated in the models.(3)Images which were taken in different storage time were compared,and discovered that the images were getting brighter with the storage time increased and the right peaks of the histogram were moving right.Designed a fast image processing algorithm to calculate the average gray value of feature points in CT images.Then established the linear relationship between the average gray value and the storage time y=128.08968+1.35495x.(4)Three-dimensional models were made which took the CT value and storage time as parameters.The prediction model of pH:y=4.397232+0.007242·x₁+0.037020·x₂+0.000012811·x₁²-0.000020577·x₂·x₁-0.000419·x₂²;The prediction model of moisture content:y=95.107555+0.001043·x₁-0.015605·x₂-0.000099734·x₁²+0.000130·x₂·x₁-0.000078454·x₂²;The prediction model of sugar:y= 0.142329-0.001798·x₁-0.002927·x₂-0.000001514·x₁²-0.000003312·x₂·x₁-0.000009756 ·x₂²;The prediction model of titrable acidity:y=8.898196 0.039213·x₁-0.063763·x₂ -0.000049252·x₁²-0.000407·x₂·x₁+0.001137·x₂².In the formulas above x₁ means CT value,x2 means storage time which was determined by model:x₂=128.08968+ 1.35495AVE.In the summary,the models of prediction apple main component in whole storage time were established.
