This study objected to the fixed tissue of duck, muscovy duck, goose and fowl natural infected with avian influenza somewhere. Histopathology and localization of AIV NP protein and NS1 protein of main organ was observed via HE stain and immunohistochemistry stain, after paraffin section made. The result as followed.Distinct extent hemorrhage, synathroisis, congestion and dropsy were discovered in the brain tissue, apomorphosis and necrosis of neurocyte; liquefaction necrosis focus was visible in duck and muscovy duck; the phenomenon of lymphocyte sleeve was obviously; Purkinje cell tumescenced and degenerated distinctly. Hemorrhaging with girdle-shaped or en plaque in cardiac muscle fibers, fragmentating also, these symptom were manifest in duck and muscovy duck. adipose degeneration, cellular necrosis in hepatocyte, and bulk of lymphocyte infiltrating surrounding the central veins and interlobular vein of liver. cellular necrosis in pancreas, the most critical is muscovy duck's. main pathological change was lymphocyte death in periarterial lymphatic sheath and acinus lienalis of spleen. cellular necrosis in bursa of Fabricius. Hemorrhage in lung of duck and goose was detected, and inflammatory cell infiltrating, forming lymphocyte sleeve of homeocyte; imperforation of alveoli of lung or epithelial hyperplasia, leading to normal structure of lung disappear. lymphocyte sleeve and hilum of lung aggregate glands increasing, lymphocyte accrementition. The renal tubular epithelial cell death, ablating from basal lamina of fowl, duck and muscovy duck; but light dropsy of goose kidney. As result, muscovy duck has the most severe tissue damage, next were goose and duck, fowl showed light degree of injury, infected with this high pathogenicity avian influenza virus.Allocation of NP protein in immunohistochemistry show: NP protein allocates in cerebellum, heart muscle, kidney, pancreas, bursa of Fabricius in duck tissue, but none NP protein in cerebrum, liver, spleen and lung. NP protein was detected in cerebellum, heart muscle, liver, lung, spleen, kidney, bursa of Fabricius and pancreas. But none in cerebrum. The result show that distribution of NP protein are in wide muscovy duck. NP protein was detected in cerebrum, cerebellum, heart muscle, liver, lung, spleen, kidney and pancreas of goose. But none in bursa of Fabricius. The result show that distribution of NP protein are in major organ tissue except bursa of Fabricius. In corpore of fowl natural infected with AIV , there is none NP protein in main organ tissue besides cerebellum, cardiac muscle, kidney.Allocation of NP protein in immunohistochemistry showed: NS1 protein is rare in corpore of each animal, but in epencephalic Purkinje's cell, cardiac muscle cell, necrosis focus and vascular endothelial cell of liver and pancreas, NS1 protein positive grana also exist in macrophage of some tissue. The result showed that, distribution of NS1 protein is widest in tissue of muscovy duck and goose, but less in fowl and duck. This study showed that, the AIV lesioned to main tissue of duck, goose, muscovy duck and fowl, but the most severe damage in tissue is of waterfowl muscony duck and goose, authenticat that nature host of AIV transfer to waterfowl from poultry all the better; waterfowl is not only the carrier of AIV, but the sufferer, even death. The pathopoiesis mechanism of AIV to animals should be researched profound to prevent beforehand control threaten that AIV harm to host animals.
