In this paper, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were combined to analyze the dynamic changes in land and man-land relationship of the HongHuaTao Township, emphasis on quantitative. At present, most of the study about land dynamic change and the man-land relationship of the town area are tending to qualitative. The research more about county and the greater scope of Land use and land cover change, more about macro-level trends and the total research, In this paper, geographical statistical methods, principal component analysis, regression model, use for discover the relationship between the dynamic changes of land . So as to achieved effective controlling the dynamic changes of land and economic development, Appropriate to adjust the proportion of various types of relationship between the structure of land-Make use of mathematical model about planting rate, multiple crop index, forest cover and forest utilization, land-use dynamic degree, the degree of land-use. More in-depth study in the dynamic changes of HongHuaTao both the rate and extent, Indicators with the population proportion, Land-use indicators, rural economy constitution gross income, such as analysis the man-land relationship of HongHuaTao.We collected 324 soil samples by the differential GPS in the township, analysis the characteristics of the soil nutrient, combined the dynamic changes of land use in the study area ,established the regression equation with the personal income, provides a decision-making service for the local development of cultivation and breeding industry, with good practice and innovation. Study shows that, pH smallest coefficient of variation was 12.95%,coefficient of variation of AP was the largest, variation value reached 122.18%, after Kriging testing, the soil nutrients spatial correlation was weaken in the study area, toward the development of homogenization, this showed the changing of the soil nutrient was affected by human factors of the town of HongHuaTao, the soil was suited for large-scale development cultivation and breeding industry, the quantity and output of the traditional rice, wheat, cotton plant in the town of HongHuaTao, was negative correlated with the average income per person, The largest contribution to the average income per person of the town of HongHuaTao, was the total output of the citrus, correlation coefficients were 0.822 and 0.966,the largest Land-use efficiency is aquatic breeding, correlation coefficients were-0.760 and 0.870.
