In the course of greenhouse tomato cultivation,stress caused by low temperature and poor light occurres frequently , which makes stunting and decline in yield and quality.Although study on the stress by low temperature and poor light had been reported,as a result of the complexity of resistant and the test design of low temperature and poor light,so there are still many unclear aspects.The article study the argonomic characters and physiological and biochemical indicators of tomato,based on natural poor light and low temperature in Heifei.It provides solution for the market supply of tomato in spring of Hefei.Firstly,the temperature and light inside and outside greenhouse was observed and recorded in this experiment,and the main seedling stage and flowering period argonomic characters,physiological and biochemical indicators and the fruit appearance and nutritional quality of thirteen tomato varieties were studied under low temperature and poor light in tunnel,and the duration of fertility was compared.It can provide more choice for early on the market.Secondly, for the screening of tomato variety suitable for the growth in low temperature and poor light of greenhouse, determining the identification indicators of low temperature and poor light. Under the condition of normal light and temperature and low temperature and poor light, comparing the changes of tomato's morphological, growth and physiological and biochemical, analysing the relationship between different indicators change and output in this paper,putting forward choice methods and indicators for resistant low temperature and poor light,and identifying resistant ability to low temperature and poor light and adaptability of different varieties.We can see from the result of trial:From seedling to the end period,the 168 Tianfu is shortest for 153 days,three days earlier than CK. Performance of fruit firmness, Hongyan is the most hardest,Qiangfeng is the lest.501 Tianfu has the largest soluable solids,while the lowest acid content and the best taste.The highest ascorbic acid content of Tianfu 168 varieties, lycopene content was Tianfu 501,168, followed by varieties of the Meizhoubao. Single fruit weight and single plant fruit number consititute yields.Meizhoubao's was small but its number was more,thus its yield was the highest,followed by 501 and 168 Tianfu.Through the initial correlation analysis on the relative economic indicators, morphology indicators,physiological and biochemical indicators and the relative per plant yield of thirteen tomato varieties,we can know that the correlation coefficient was significant level of dry weight, chlorophyll, SOD activity, weight, fruit number per plant and yield per plant.The relative changes in chlorophyll and single plant weight have the closest relationship with per plant yield by comprehensive analysis. Therefore, it can be indentified that tomatoes resistance of low temperature and low light.In addition,by measuring the changes of dry weight, fruit number per plant, SOD activity of tomato, resistance of low temperature and poor light can be effectively assisted identification.The measured datum are put into the related eqation, that is Y= -0.2473716715+0.8206X2+0.5168X3, X2 stands for chlorophyll and X3 stands for single plant weight.We can know 501Tianfu,168Tianfu and Meizhoubao can be recommended as ideal cultivated varieties.
