Soybean,originated from China,is an important crop and economic crop. The quality of breeding is an important goal of soybean breeding.Although to rely on conventional breeding techniques have bred many good varieties,but with the economic development and improvement of people's quality of life, the quality of soybean put forward higher requirements. Breeding through genetic engineering of improving soybean genetic traits has become the soybean genetics breeding research hotspot. the actuality and prospect of conventional breeding and genetic engineering improving soybean qualities were summarized in this article.Soybean are rich in protein and are the world's most important source of vegetable protein. The 11S glycinin is one of the most important components of storage proteins in soybean seeds. Six kinds of functional glycinin were discovered, they are G1,G2,G3,G4,G5 and G7, coded by the corresponding genes of Gy1,Gy2,Gy3,Gy4,Gy5 and Gy7.From the analysis of six functional glycinin, Gy7 gene coding G7 soybean glycinin had the highest quantity of lysine and sulfur amino acid, which is the best soybean glycinin gene.In our studies, we introduced the two kinds of expression vector pCAMBIA 1301-Gy1-Gy7-nos and pCAMBIA -1301-Gy1-Gy7 cDNA-nos into tobacco Genxin-1 by leaf-discthrough Agrobacter iumtumefacients.Through resistance selection. Differe -ntiation and rootage we finally acquired 30 and 33 transgenic plants,PCR and PCR Southern on T0 transgenic tobacco shows that 12 transgenic plants of single-transformed Gy7 gene gave PCR positive signal and 13 transgenic plants of single-transformed Gy7 cDNA gene. The result shows that the Gy7 and Gy7 cDNA gene has been integrated into the transgenic tobaccos, and it can transcribe in them.Our study lay a foundation for the transformation of the two plant express vectors to soybean and quality and nutritional improvement of soybean by transgenic technology.The foundation of soybean regeneration system is the most chief condition to improve the soybean nutritional quality by transgenic technology methods.In our studies,we used embryonic tip regeneration system of soybean and stem tips of soybean heinong 35 and heisheng 101 was used as explants.The effect of 6-BA and IBA on the regeneration of soybean stem tip were investigated.We improved embryonic tip regeneration system of soybean,which was expected to lay a foundation for genetic transformation of soybean.
