Chinese olive is a kind of fruit belongs to Canavium, also called Chinese white olive, it is evergreen arbor species about 10-20 meters high. The florescence of Chinsese olive is between April and May, and fructescence is between october and December. Chinese olive has a long cultivation history and good developing prospect in Fujian and Guangdong province. Recent years, Chinese olive is a main export product in Fujian province. Because it has fresh-eating quality of sweet come after bitter, rich nutrition value, many kinds of processing route, and immensurable medical value, the cultivation of Chinese olive causes increasingly concern and study, and also has economic significance of mass production in Chongqing.Fruit cultivation is a basal agricultural technical management nowadays, especially important for cultivation of Chinese olive, With seed propagation, Chinese olive need long fruit bearing time, and polyembryonic of its seed, make it has higher variation frequency, poorly seedling quality, low yielding, and this proportion account for more than 30%, According to this existing problems, use grafting,we choose excellent breed to improve existing cultivar, since the grfting technique has gradually developed, it also face its problem. Similar to Walnut, Persimmon, Chestnut, there exist many tannic and phenolics materials in Chinese olive tree, so, during the process of grafting, it's easily form high-content of tannic on the suface of scion and rootstock, when exposure in the air,the tannic will be oxidized then become isolation layer which seriously affect the combination of scion and rootstock, impede the callus formation, finally cause general decrease of grfting survival rate. With the local variety of Chinese olive at Jiangjin as experimental material, this test learn from local grafting workers and reference to experience, we choose the grafting time one months early than spring shoot growth, when the lowest temperature is higher than 12℃, the average temperature reach 16℃, its time suitable for grafting with beat temperature 18℃. Actually, from another view, the temperature at February is a little lower than the best temperature for Chinese olive between 20-25℃, when the humidity is easy for the callus form a layer of water membrance, call saturated humidity, it can improve the healing quality of scion and rootstock. So, we decided choose three methods (march to may), practice cut-grafting, split grafting and bud grafting, compared these three grafting methods, studied the survival rate and growth vigor, then made a comparison to not grafting tree analysis the diversity, so as to offer theoretical support and guidance for the grafting practical experience of Chinese olive. This test studied the effect to survival rate of different grafting methods, grafting time, trunk diameter, the result showed that,1. there exsit obvious difference survival rate at different stem diameter。When the stem diameter is between 0.5-1 cm, cut-grafting have higher survival rate than split grafting, reach 65%, when it between 1-2cm, the result was opposite。So we can choose suitable grafting methods based on the study.。2. About grafting time, April is the the best time for Chongqing, clear day and cut-grafting have advantage in Chongqing。Try control the temperature not below 1212℃and the time before the spring shoot germinate so as to get higher survival rate, if there is no raining days in one week, it comes to good survival rate。The exact time is different among different areas.3. Compared with natural olive seedlings, diversities markness of plants from two grafting are obvious in some physiological points such as leaf water osmosis, soil water osmosis, peroxidate enzymes, but non significant in the rest ones。To conclude, after grafting, the olive stocks and cion heals well, each physiological point tends normal。...
