Polymorphism of natural survival of Northeast weedy rice, compared with ordinary rice, the most significant biological feature is easy threshing, natural winter breeding. Although the Northeast has a natural weedy rice rice breeding, growing fast and good resistance characteristics, economic characteristics inferior to cultivated rice, can not be developed as a direct use of resources.The results:collected in the Northeast area and neimenggu in 8 locations tested weedy rice seeds without dormancy. Weedy rice seeds cold stress was due to moisture sources vary, but generally stronger than that of cultivated rice seed; anti-freezing water content negatively correlated with stress intensity; Frozen at-10℃under the conditions of pre-soaking 10℃, the water content of 25%,30%,40% of the weedy rice seeds are needed to achieve sustained freeze killed 6 days,3 days,1 day. Weedy rice seeds has the capability of moisture dry stress,30℃soaking two days of weedy rice and cultivated rice seeds dried under 15℃for 30 days, weed germination percentage decreased by 15%, cultivated rice seeds germination percentage was decreased 75%The results of Weedy rice and cultivated rice hybrid test:setting percentage of 33.4%, indicating that weedy rice and cultivated rice had a close relationship. Awn length of Weedy rice in F1 generation showed intermediate parents, and the awn color showed bias characteristics of weedy rice. Weedy rice amylose and protein content is generally higher than cultivated rice;grain weight is contrary; F3 generation of hybrid groups, amylose, protein content and grain weight have a large Variation.The capacity of Northeast weedy rice seed germinating period saline-alkali resistance, low temperature germination, due to sources vary, but generally showed high tolerance characteristics. The average of saline-alkali resistance, low temperature germination characteristics from Jilin Province, Antu Z8 and Inner Mongolia Province Bazar Tuen Z6 as male parents hybrid with cultivated rice were better than other combinations. Progeny lines Jijing 81×Z8 (F4) in 2009 were under the influence of cold damage, production reached 1.151kg/m2. Weeds in rice molecular marker for screening results: the performance of the F1, the selected RAPD primers showed a "parent-type", "Partial father type," "partial female-type", "hybrid model", "Missing type" and " clutter type "of a different type. SRAP technology used in the primer ME7-EM7, ME9-EM10 can distinguish between parents and offspring; primer ME7-EM10 can distinguish among the parents and offspring the difference between; primer ME9-EM4, ME9-EM9 can distinguish offspring differences. From the results, using SRAP technique can get more clear bands, can be used as changes in progeny and polymorphism of weedy rice and descendants F2.Now commonly used rice herbicide butachlor, molinate, grass killer, grass five sulfur amine fluoride, Cyhalofop, killing barnyard PL in standard doses have no control effect of weedy rice; irrigation 10cm, 10cm deep over the seed will have a certain role in the inhibition of seed germination; increasing shattering weedy rice seed moisture content in autumn and winter, can freeze to death Wintering rice seeds.
