Instead of the field mixed forest, agroforestry system construction and test of leaf litter replacement, this paper through indoor cultivation methods studied the different deciduous tree species on coniferous leaf litter and microbial quantity of wheat in Loess Plateau of Shaanxi , the different coniferous tree species of agroforestry systems and the relationship between species, to provide valuable reference for the ultimate method to combat artificial forests with polarization and with health barriers which is regeneration and mixed forest and the construction of efficient agro-forestry systems.The results are as follows:In the semi-arid and sandy areas (Jingbian) chich is in northern shaanxi, long-term continuous growth of the pure stands will lead to bacteria obvious positive polarization, while fungi and actinomycetes is in different degrees of negative polarization. Pine litter were not fully polarized situation improve microbial quantity. in the local soil where pine pure forest is long-term continuous growthed, number of fungi and actinomycetes is obvious positive polarization, while the number of bacteria is strong negative polarization. And Salix litter will help to improve the conditions of polarization.In semi-arid sandy area (Huangling) which is in northern shaanxi, long-term continuous growth of pure stands will lead to bacteria obvious positive polarization, while allowing fungi and actinomycetes is in different degrees of negative polarization. Oak leaf litter will help to improve the conditions of polarization. long-term continuous growth of pine pure forest will lead to fungi and actinomycetes in local soil obvious positive polarization, while the number of bacteria occurred is in a strong negative polarization. Birch leaf litter which is in the passenger side of berlin will help to improve the conditions of polarization. long-term continuous growth of pure larch will lead to actinomycetes in local soil for very obvious positive polarization, but the local bacteria and fungi is in different degrees of negative polarization. Larch litter was failed to improve the microbial status of the number of polarization.In the ruins and gully area (Chunhua) which is in northern Weinan, long-term continuous growth of the platycladus orientatis will lead to the microorganisms in local soil properties were obviously positive polarization. Leaf litter of ulmoides, Magnolia, Luan tree, willow, lobular Yang, Acer mono,and Ligustrum will help to improve the conditions of polarization. long-term continuous growth of the pure black locust will lead to local soil, the microbes are positive polarization occurs. Pine litter will help to improve the conditions of polarization. long-term continuous growth of the pure stands lead to microorganisms in local soil occur each positive polarization, and the leaf litter of Locust, oak, seabuckthorn, s satisfaction,and eucommia will help to improve the conditions of polarization.Long-term continuous growth of wheat will lead bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes in wheat soil very significant positive polarization occurs while the leaf litter of ginkgo, horse chestnut, apricot, willow, paulownia, black locust, France Tong, and sycamore will help to improve the conditions of polarization.
