On the basis of set sample plots at the Larix gmelinii virgin forest and restoration forest separately, studied the overground biomass of arbor layer, shrub layer, herbage layer, moss layer and litter layer. Establish a biomass regression model by the measured data, then, calculated the biomass, carbon storage, mean productivity and carbon sequestration. Estimate the biomass and carbon storage of Chaocha forest farm combine with the block investigated data. Observing the carbon flux by the eddy covariance system affiliated routine meteorology system, and study the net ecosystem productivity based on the flux data. Study on the forest ecosystem productivity by using the biomass method and eddy covariance method. The results were as follow:(1)The biomass of the Grass-Larix gmelinii virgin forest, Bryaceae-Larix gmelinii virgin forest and Ledum palustre-Larix gmelinii virgin forest were 196.4942t/hm2, 162.2935 t·hm-2 and 148.8580 t·hm-2, mean productivity were 1.18~2.79t·hm-2·yr-1; the carbon storage were 95.8001 t·hm-2, 76.4845 t·hm-2 and 73.1275 t·hm-2, carbon sequestration were 0.57~1.37 t·hm-2·yr-1. Larix gmelinii biomass and carbon density of Chaocha forest farm were 50.77 t·hm-2 and 25.13 t·hm-2, total biomass and total carbon storage were 2.51×106t and 1.24×106t.(2) The ecosystem assimilates carbon dioxide from nine a.m. to eight p.m. and release carbon dioxide at other time. The highest value of assimilating and releasing carbon dioxide were -0.77032 mg·m-2·s-1 and 0.49556 mg·m-2·s-1, the mean carbon flux was -3.328 mg·m-2·s-1 in August. The ecosystem was a carbon sink in August. The highest value of assimilating and releasing carbon dioxide were -0.40328 mg·m-2·s-1 and 0.41756 mg·m-2·s-1, the mean carbon flux was 1.720 mg·m-2·s-1 in September. The ecosystem was a carbon source in September. The change of carbon flux was not significantly in October, the reason was the tree began to rest and the physiological activities weakened.
