| This paper investigated the deposition of the heavy metals Lead and Cadmium and effects of Selenium under the cold storage period of quality and physiology of strawberry after spraying Se-fertilizer to the strawberry leaves, in order to explore the Se to heavy metal interaction effect. This study has great significance to further comprehend the changes of the physiological metabolism mechanism of the pre-harvest and postharvest strawberry, to find out the mechanisms that Se regulate the metabolism of heavy metal after spraying Se-fertilizer. Using'Beinong 3'strawberry as the material. It was spraying Se-fertilizer to leaves in different growing period in the Na2SeO3 solutions of 0.5 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L, 2.5 mg/L, 5.0 mg/L and 10mg/L. Pure water as the control. The strawberry was sampled at a fixed period to dynamic monitoring Selenium, Cadmium and Lead relative physiological indicators and research the Se to heavy metals interaction effect. The strawberry fruit was stored at 2℃. Measured the quality and storage physiology relative physiological indicators at 2 days intervals. The main results as followed:1. The research shows that the strawberry had the highest absorption capacity to Se in leaf-expansion period and full opening flower period.2. During the whole strawberry development, Se-rich strawberry in handling, the result shows that the abilities of absorption Selenium exhibited an obvious antagonism to the abilities of absorption Cadmium and Lead.3. It is found that, enriched Selenium, the Selenium effect on the system of antioxidant enzymes of the strawberry under the cold storage period. The results showed that Selenium fertilizer application can effectively inhibit content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), superoxide anion (·O2-) of strawberry fruit under cold storage period. with 5.0 mg/L treatment, the content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), superoxide anion (·O2-) were least. Se-rich fruits in handling may also increase Catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, in which under 10.0 mg/L,5.0mg/L,0.5mg/L treatment, the concentration of the enzyme activity of Selenium ware largest.4. This Paper also finds that, enriched Selenium, the respiratory enzyme system of the strawberry under the cold storage period appears differently. Selenium fertilizer application can effectively reduce the low-temperature storage period of pyruvic acid content of strawberry fruit, with 5.0 mg/L treatment, the accumulation of pyruvic acid content was the least. Se-rich fruits in handling may also inhibit pyruvate kinase (PK), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity, in which degree of activity inhibition were the greatest under 2.5mg /L and 10.0mg /L treatment. Effects of Selenium on hexokinase (HK) show promotion function, in that increased hexokinase (HK) vitality, and increase fruit soluble sugar content, with 10.0mg/L treatment performance was significant.In conclusion, this research prove that foliar Spraying Se-fertilizer is one of the good methods for supplemental Selenium of plant; Proper concentration of Se alleviated the damage of heavy metal to strawberry; enriched Se has little effect on storage quality of strawberry and could delay the aging speed through increasing the antioxidant enzymes vitality and decreasing the respiratory enzyme vitality under cold storage period. |
