In each location, scaled pig farms, pig slaughter-houses, pig rearing families were selected for the detection and survey of toxoplasma gondii, pig tap worm, nodular worm, strongyloidesstercoralis, whip coccidian, swine coccidiosis, parasites Balantidium coli.1087 samples were collected for gastrointestinal parasites detection, of which 49 samples were infected with Ascaris suum (The positive rate was 4.51%). 13 samples were infected with pig nodular worm (The positive rate was 1.19%). 29 samples were infected with A.(The positive rate was 2.67%), 17 were infected with pig whipworm (The positive rate was 1.56%.), 209 pig samples were positive for coccidian (The positive rate was 19.23%.). pigs Balantidium coli-positive samples was 341 copies, the infection rate was 31.37%Toxoplasma gondii pig samples in 2952 survey, 545 samples were positive; the positive rate was 18.46%. Longyan City, the highest infection rate, infection rate was 24.30%. The lowest was in Sanming City, the infection rate was 13.03 percent. The total market size of the positive rate was the highest, 24.43%, backyard positive rate of 18.40% of total households, total positive rate of slaughterhouse lowest, 7.11%. Highest infection rate in the third quarter, to 44.37 percent, the lowest infection rate of the fourth quarter, to 10.22%According to Genbank on Isospora suis 18SrRNA gene sequence (U97523) designed one pair of specific primers to establish isospora suis PCR diagnostic methods. This method can quickly diagnose suis infection, shortening the spores of the time, greatly enhance the detection efficiency.
