This essay focuses on how to make effective environmental protection and recycling use of these large quantities of Green Waste by composting technology. By studying the changes of microbial population, population dynamics and structure of decomposition process of waste leaves, investigating physical and chemical properties of materials and decomposition results during the decomposition process of waste leaves, I found the process of change waste leaves into Natural organic fertilizer. At the same time, as the best supplement and supply for urban soil organic materials, the waste leaves were turned into wealth, in order to build a sustainable development of the landscape pattern of maintenance. There are four kinds of tree pruning (Bischofia polycarpa, Bauhinia blakeana, Cinnamomum japonicum,Platanus orientalis L.), and three processing (ammonium bicarbonate, urea, water), totally twelve samples of composting experiments were carried out .After separated, cultured and evaluated the micro-organisms, analyzed the changes of population dynamics, I identified the 22 fungal community: Cunninghamella,Volutella,Itersonilia,Syncephalastrum,Mucor,Rhizopus,Tricladium,Penicillium,Aspergillus,Bovista,Oedocephalum,Haplosporangium.decipien,Hyalodendron,Oidiodendron,Geotrichum,Candida,Monilia,Tricladium,Mortierella candelabtum,Botrytis,Trichoderma,Fusarium . In addition, I also studied the changes of water content, pH, temperature and humidity during the composting process. There are no differences in water content among the four species. However, the three treatments of Platanus orientalis L.have significant differences, which were dealt with urea have high water content. There are no differences among the three treatment of Bischofia polycarpa. But the three treatment of Bauhinia blakeana have significant differences, the highest water content showed in the control group. The three treatment of Cinnamomum japonicum also have significant differences, the one dealt with urea have the highest water content. There are significant differences of pH among the four species, pH of Bischofia polycarpa is the highest. The three treatments of Bischofia polycarpa,Bauhinia blakeana,Cinnamomum japonicum and Platanus orientalis L. have significant differences, and all the highest pH showed in the control group. There are 15 kinds of fungi were used for the laboratory test of decomposition ability. These 15 species of fungi have significant differences on decomposition ability. From the rate of decomposition, we could find that the Botrytis, Rhizopus, Bovista, Mucor were the dominant fungi. From the decomposition rate of composting process, the Cinnamomum japonicum and Bauhinia blakeana are faster in four, and Platanus orientalis L. and Bischofia polycarpa are second. The three treatments of Cinnamomum japonicum have significant differences; the control group has the highest rate of water decomposition. The three treatment of Bischofia polycarpa also have significant differences, the one dealt with Ammonium bicarbonate have the highest decomposition rate. However, the three treatments of Bauhinia blakeana and Platanus orientalis L. do not have any significant differences.According to the determination test of compost nutrients, there are no significant differences on total nitrogen, total potassium and total phosphorus concentrations of the four species. However, the contents of available potassium and phosphorus have significant differences. The Bischofia polycarpa have the highest available potassium contents, and the Bauhinia blakeana have the highest available phosphorus contents. Among the three treatments of the four species, Cinnamomum japonicum and Platanus orientalis L. dealt with urea showed the highest content of nitrogen; the total potassium and phosp contents are the highest in the control group of Cinnamomum japonicum and Bauhinia variegate; the control group of Cinnamomum japonicum, Platanus orientalis L. and Bauhinia variegate has the highest content of available potassium; Platanus orientalis L. and Meanwhile dealt with urea have the highest available phosphorus contents; the control group of Cinnamomum japonicum and Bauhinia blakeana has the highest available phosphorus content.
