| At present, organic nutrient is a new nutrient that is researched and used in agricultural production. Some researches prove that organic nutrient can supply nutrient to plant and increase resistibility of plant. The research of organic nutrient on rubber tree is less than other crops. This object provide academic basis to the research and using of organic nutrient on rubber tree.This paper use the five levels of seven varieties of organic nutrient and CK. These organic nutrient is sprinkled on rubber tree sapling's leaves and study the chlorophyll of the leaves, N, P, K of the leaves, the latex yield of petiolule and effects of growth. Furthermore, this paper fertilize seven varieties of organic nutrient and CK in the rubber tree associated with wound and study yield of dry rubber, N, P, K of rubber latex.Main results as follows:1 Effects of different organic nutrient with different concentration on rubber tree sapling1.1 Effects of different organic nutrient with different concentration on chlorophyll of rubber tree sapling leavesUsing glycine, lysine, leucine, cysteine at 40mg/kg, chlorophyll of rubber tree sapling leaves is higher than other concentrations. Using Guanine nucleotide and humic acid, chlorophyll of rubber tree sapling is not obvious changing. Using ammonium sulfate, as the concentration increase, the chlorophyll of rubber tree sapling will increase.1.2 Effects of different organic nutrient with different concentration on nutrient of rubber tree sapling leavesFor the effects of N of rubber tree sapling leaves, using glycine, lysine, leucine, cysteine, guanine nucleotide at 40mg/kg, the N of rubber tree sapling leaves is the highest. The change does not appear on humic acid. The suitable concentration of ammonium sulfate is 40-80mg/kg.For the effects of P of rubber tree sapling leaves, using glycine, lysine, leucine,guanine nucleotide, humic acid at 40mg/kg, the P of rubber tree sapling leaves is the highest. Using cysteine at 40mg/kg, the P of rubber tree sapling leaves is the lowest. The suitable concentration of ammonium sulfate is 40-80mg/kg.For the effects of K of rubber tree sapling leaves, using glycine, cysteine at 40mg/kg, the K of rubber tree sapling leaves is the highest. Using lysine lower concentration, the K of rubber tree sapling leaves is the highest. Using leucine and guanine nucleotide at 40mg/kg, the K of rubber tree sapling leaves is the lowest. The suitable concentration of humic acid is 400mg/kg. Ammonium sulfate can't influence the K of rubber tree sapling leaves. 1.3 Effects of different organic nutrient with different concentration on the latex yield of petiolule and growth of rubber tree saplingUsing glycine, cysteine at 20mg/kg, the effects of the latex yield of petiolule is the highest. The suitable concentration of lysine and leucine is 10mg/kg and the guanine nucleotide is 80mg/kg. The suitable concentration of humic acid is 200mg/kg. Effects of ammonium sulfate on rubber tree sapling are not signisicant differences. Organic nutrient of low concentration can increase the latex yield of petiolule on rubber tree sapling.Using glycine, lysine, cysteine at 40mg/kg can increase the stem girth of rubber tree sapling. Leucine of lower concentration on the stem girth of rubber tree sapling is better than higher concentration. Using guanine nucleotide, humic acidm, ammonium sulfate, the stem girth of rubber tree sapling's changing is not obvious. For the height growth, the suitable concentration of lysine and cysteine is 40mg/kg, the suitable concentration of guanine nucleotide is 20-40 mg/kg. If use the glycine, leucine, humic acidm, ammonium sulfate, there are no lows.2 Effects of different organic nutrients on rubber tree2.1 Effects of different organic nutrients on dry rubber latex yield of the rubber treeFor all of the organic nutrients, the guanine nucleotide, lysine are more effective than glycine and cysteine, and the others make no obvious production increase.2.2 Effects of different organic nutrients on the rubber latex of the rubber treeRubber tree deal with organic nuitions compared with no dealing with organic nutrients, the N of rubber latex is not signisicant difference. Rubber tree which deal with glycine, lysine, leucine, cysteine, guanine nucleotide, the P of rubber latex is extremely signisicant difference. Rubber tree which deal with humic acid and ammonium sulfate, the P of rubber latex is signisicant difference. Rubber tree deal with guanine nucleotide, the K of rubber latex is signisicant difference. And another organic nutrients, the K of rubber latex is extremely signisicant difference. |
