With the national strength has increased,people's living standards have improved, the need of meat and eggs, aquatic products is increasing which indirectly promote the development of feed industry, and the status of feed development is lack of feed resources, types of deprivation, so seek new feed resources, especially feed plant feed resources is the development trend. Leucaena and cassava are two tropical resources, the protein content of Leucaena leaf of dry matter accounted for 22% to 29%,called the "Protein library." known as the tropical and subtropical countries and regions. Leucaena leaves contain amount of Mimosa factors, which may cause growth retardation ruminants, weight loss and other toxic reactions and even death. Cassava starch-rich roots, known as the "king of starch.Use the Leucaena leavesa as accessories, study the degradation fermentation effect of Mimosa systemly by single and two mixed bacterial strain, through L9 (34) orthogonal test to determine the optimal amount of inoculation, the temperature and silver acacia leaves broken degrees. With the silver silk leaves which is after detoxification and root sap of SC5 cassava as the base material, kombucha as the fermented bacteria to product cassava-Leucaena protein feed. Single-factor test established the fermentation of carbon and nitrogen source, add content and fermentation time; through L9(34) orthogonal test to determine the optimal amount of inoculation, the base ratio, fermentation temperature and water ratio; at the same time tested some of the samples after fermentation parameters measured.The results show that durning the single bacterial strain experiment, Lactobacillus acidophilus is the best effect of the degradation to Mimosa two strains mixed by proportional mixing of Lactobacillus acidophi lus and Kombucha test the best. When the inoculation volume of 8%, fermentation temperature 30℃, about 0.5cm degree Leucaena broken, the fermentation of 25 days, degradation rate of mimosa Leucaena is more than 80%; cassava-protein feed Leucaena results show that:the best nitrogen is ammonium, concentration 1.5%; carbon source is industrial sugar,amount of 2%,The optimization fermentation condition were fermentation 6 days, cassava-Leucaena ratio of 7: 3,the water feed ratio200%,bacilli inoculum10%, fermentation temperature30℃, crude protein yield basically stable at 23.64%;test some parameters of the feed sample,the results showed that the feed is high both in crude protein and starch content, with more probiotics,and the hydrocyanic acid content of feed is safety, the nutrition inhibition factor of crude fiber and tannin are content significantly.In this study, mixed bacterial fermentation was not only used to greatly depress the leucaenine content but also save its protein nutrition in the leaf of tropical plants Leucaena leucocephala,which can be widely used; the high protein feed with a reasonable combination of high-starch cassava root and high-protein Leucaena leaves was fermented by the Kombucha, which not only its alimentation is enriched and reasonable, but also contains more probiotics. At the same time the production technology is simple, the investment of equipment is low, so the tropical plants resources can be reasonably full use of that was with high economic and social benefits.
