In order to seek out the new biological pesticides on Hyphantria cunea,Eupatorium adenophorum as a sort of alien invasive species was the raw material in this experiment.The active insecticidal substance from Eupatorium adenophorum was separated and purified by vacuum distillation method,calculating the extraction ratio of active substance from the root,stem and leaf of Eupatorium adenophorum. The contact toxicity mortality rate from different time was calculated by using the larvae of Hyphantria cunea dealt with different concentrations of ethanol extract of Eupatorium adenophorum according to the bit titration method. The corrections mortality from different time was analyzed by SPASS. The gastric toxicity mortality rate from different time was calculated by using the larvae of Hyphantria cunea dealt with different concentrations of ethanol extract of Eupatorium adenophorum according to the micro-poisonous leaves method method. and the detoxification enzymes activity of Hyphantria cunea larvaes was determined.The effect of CahE, CarE and GSTs in vivo Hyphantria cunea larvae was analyzed.The results showed that:1. Extraction ratioes of active substance from the root,stem and leaf of Eupatorium adenophorum were 5.893%,4.140%and1.350%,Extraction ratioes of leaf was the highest.2. The corrected mortality of Hyphantria cunea by the extract from the root, stem and leaf of Eupatorium adenophorum had no significant difference(P<0.05). Preliminary conclusion was that the active insecticidal substances consist in the leaf,stem and root of Eupatorium adenophorum.3. The active insecticidal substances from Eupatorium adenophorum had high contact toxicity. Corrections mortalities of Hyphantria cunea larvae which dealt by the active insecticidal substances of 0.5,1.0,2.0 and 5.0g/L were 37.49%,59.07%,71.48% and 74.45% at 48h. LC50=0.13g/L, 95% confidence interval was 0.099~0.159g/L.The effect of 0.25 g/L treatment was little, The longer treatment the higher corrected mortality. Corrected mortality increased rapidly with higher concentrations(>1.0g/L).4. The active insecticidal substances from Eupatorium adenophorum also had high gastric toxicity. Correction mortalities of Hyphantria cunea larvae at 48h. which dealt by the active insecticidal substance of 0.5,1.0,2.0 and 5.0g/L were 34.68%,47.53%,72.57% and 75.31%, LD50=0.210μg/g,95% confidence interval was 0.158~0.261μg/g. The gastric toxicity was lower than contact toxicity of active insecticidal substances from Eupatorium adenophorum, The corrected mortalities of Hyphantria cunea were 26.36% and 0.36% dealt by bit titration method and folders micro-poisonous leaves method at 6h, the corrected mortalities of the two treatments had significant differences. But the corrected mortalities of two treatments that had no significant differences at 24h were 63.15% and 61.89%.5. There had different effects between the three detoxification enzymes activity of Hyphantria cunea larvae.①The activity of Hyphantria cunea larvae's CahE decreased by the treatment, enzyme activity of CahE had been inhibited, and the effect of inhibition was gradually increased. The OD values of Hyphantria cunea larvae which dealt by the active insecticidal substances of 0.5,1.0,2.0 and 5.0g/L at 12h were 107.87, 97.03, 91.78 and 83.11 nmol/mg?min, being the 54.71%,49.21%,46.55% and 42.15% of CK. The OD values of Hyphantria cunea larvae fell down to the lowest value after 48h.②The results showed that: The activity of CarE in Hyphantria cunea larvae decreased continually by the treatment within 48h.The inhibition effect of CarE that dealt by the active insecticidal substances at higher concentration(>0.5g/L) was more apparent. The OD values of Hyphantria cunea larvae which dealt by the active insecticidal substances of 0.5g/L were 83.24%, 67.52% and 41.82% as CK value at 6h, 12h and 48h.③The activity of GSTs was activated at beginning and then inhibited The OD values of GSTs in Hyphantria cunea larvae which dealt by the active insecticidal substances of 2.0g/L at 6h were 278.24 nmol/mg?min, being 11.62 times of CK, significantly higher than CK. The OD values fell to 74.69% of CK at 48h.
