Water resources in China is relatively poor, so is the average amount per capita, which is especially true in Shandong. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the high-speed development of socio-economy, municipal water using problems in Shandong Province have become increasingly prominent. At present, the city landscaping water still uses tap water (fresh water), causing a serious waste of water resources; serious low use of excellent water intensifies the contradiction between water supply and demand. The use of reclaimed municipal waste water is not only an effective measure to resolve the current dilemma, but also the need to coordinate the conflict between afforestation and water-saving. Meanwhile, its abundant nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and so on have also provided good nutrition for the greenland plants, but its high salt content as well as many kinds of heavy metals and the bacteria possibly cause the new pollution. That is, reclaimed water irrigation may affect the "urban green vegetation - soil" system and cause new surface source pollution. To avoid its bad influence and then provide theory and data base for the use of Shandong Province's reclaimed municipal wastewater, further study has important practical significance. In view of the above problems, this paper first studied the pot experiment irrigated by recycled water and the field regional location experiment, and applied self-made soil temperature and humidity instrument and some related equipment to measure the data, and then analyzed them by using Quantittative Ecology, Statistics and GIS spatial analysis function, so we can carry out comprehensive and systematic study on the vegetation growth effect, the stress resistance and the corresponding soil environment change of "vegetation-soil" system irrigated with recycled water from different levels, such as species, environmental factors and individual. Meanwhile, it carried on the discussion on the feasibility and the potential problems of turf grass irrigated with recycled water, and then proposed the corresponding solving measures. After analyzing "spot effect" of the soil environment change on the pot experiment irrigated by recycled water, this paper carried out analysis on corresponding "surface effect" outdoors by GIS. According to these analysis in different spatial scale, we can understand its spatial distribution and dynamic change characteristics. The research has enriched the domestic results on ecological effect of the recycled water irrigation, so that has provided the science theory and data basis for the promoted use of reclaimed municipal wastewater in Shandong Province.
