Research on relationship between lower canopy temperature and physiological status and yield of drought and High-yield wheat varieties. To reveal the quality of its excellent lower canopy temperature, provide the theoretical basis for drought Breeding and cultivation of wheat yield. This study was designed for field experiments, canopy temperature monitoring at the jointingFilling stage of wheat. Leaf water content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, membrane permeability and the transportation of dry matter in different parts were monitored at the filling stage, yield and its components of wheat were calculated at maturity, revealing relationship between lower canopy temperature and excellent physical qualities of the drought and high-yield wheat, as follows:(1)In the jointingfilling stage of wheat, drought and high-yield varieties of wheat chang 6154,chang 6359,chang 6878 and chang 4640 have lower canopy temperature than Cold-type control variety Xiaoyan 6 , and after entering the period of sustained low filling, and and there is growing trend.(2)In the filling stage, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of flag leaf of drought and high-yield varieties of wheat were better than the control varieties. Stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration in the medium term after filling were into the show superiority. Photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate was significantly negatively correlated with canopy temperature during grain filling stage.(3)Water content of flag leaf drought and high-yield varieties of wheat is higher in the early and late filling, when was Late in filling Water content of flag leaf of drought and high-yield varieties of wheat was below the warm type CK NR9405, and was significant positive correlation.(4)In the filling stage, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, cell membrane permeability of flag leaf of drought and high-yield varieties of wheat were better than the warm varieties NR9405, some indicators are better than Xiaoyan 6, it is particularly evident Late in the filling. And soluble protein and membrane permeability of the flag leaf and canopy temperatures were highly significant and negative correlation.(5)Drought and high-yield varieties of wheat was better in yield and grains per panicle than the control varieties, and was negatively correlated with canopy temperature, correlation coefficients were the largest late in the maximum, at Significant level. In grain weight area, Drought and high-yield varieties of wheat were less than warm NR9405. The relationship between Grain weight and unit spikes with canopy temperature is not obvious.Low temperature characteristics of Drought and high-yield varieties of wheat were obvious. And the flag leaf photosynthetic indexes were optimum, aging was slower, yield was Higher, Canopy temperature can be used to measure the yield of wheat photosynthesis and drought, aging conditions and yield. Canopy temperature provide the basis for Yield of Drought and high-yield varieties of wheat breeding and cultivation.
