Leuciscus waleckii is main commercial fish in Dalinuoer lake, which can undertake salinity strongly, in this paper comparative studied blood biochemical parameters,Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity and isozyme of Leuciscus waleckii live in salt water(Dalinor-Lake) and fresh waters(ganggeng-lake). Aims to explore the mechanism of Leuciscus waleckii salinity to do basic research, and also provides scientific basis for the Leuciscus waleckii introduction, releasing, and cultured. This paper mainly includes three parts of the study:(1) The first part of the experiment mainly studies the Leuciscus waleckii's blood biochemical parameters, the results obtained: Two kinds of waters Leuciscus waleckii's albumin, albumin / globulin, phosphate ions, uric acid, potassium, chloride, sodium, calcium, magnesium, triglycerides and other biochemical indicators are significant difference (P<0.01); no significant difference in total protein(P>0.05).(2) The second part of the experiment mainly studies the Leuciscus waleckii's Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity, the results obtained: Leuciscus waleckii gill tissue's Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity in Dalinuoer Lake was significantly higher than Leuciscus waleckii in ganggeng-lake,while Leuciscus waleckii muscle and liver tissue's Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity in the tow lakes was no significant difference; And the same time, test results also show that Leuciscus waleckii gill tissue's Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity was significantly higher than muscle and liver tissue's Na+,K+—ATP enzyme activity in the same waters.(3) The third part of the experiment mainly comparatively studies the Isoenzymes of Leuciscus waleckii live in salt water and fresh waters with polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis (PAGE).Through a comparative study peroxidase (POD), esterase (EST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)and malic acid de-hydrogenase (MDH) in muscle, liver and heart tissue of Leuciscus waleckii, the results obtained: Leuciscus waleckii with differences in expression of the isozymes in the two lakes, and EST mapping has the biggest differences between them, LDH and POD are also have differences in the pattern, but MDH pattern no significant difference.
