White Spot Syndrome (WSS), which is caused by White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV), is a shrimp infectious disease. Its typical symptom is 0.5~2.0 mm of white spots in the shells of sick shrimp. The disease is not only contagious, short course and has a mortality rate; there is no effective measure currently. Fenneropenaeus Chinensis is the main shrimp species in China; it is also impacted by WSSV of serious decline in production. In this study, we select mainly Fenneropenaeus Chinensis in the surrounding of The Bohai Sea as the research object, in the year of 2008 and 2009, we carried out sampling, made some epidemiological investigations of WSSV, and then we made some records of water quality parameters in high-risk of WSSV. Finally, we try to find some molecular markers of anti-SRAP through Sequenced-related Amplified Polymorphism. We made some epidemiological investigations of WSSV in 8 shrimp farms in the surrounding of Bohai Sea; try to master the law of incidence and prevalence of WSSV in this area. In the year of 2008 June to August, we selected two shrimp ponds in Xinhai shrimp farm in order to investigate the water quality parameters, which include DO. , NH3-N, NO2-N, etc. We found: in the late of July and early of August, while water temperature is round of 25℃, pH is 7.85~8.12, DO. is 7.1~8.4 mg/L, NO2-N is 0.29~0.32 mg/L, NH3-N is 0.65~0.75, WSS epidemic is very likely to occur. Using the above rules for the water quality for the early warning value of WSSV, we prevent the occurrence of WSSV in Jiangpeng shrimp farm of Qinhuangdao successfully and reduce its economic losses. We improve the extraction of virus DNA form the Fenneropenaeus Chinensis. Through it, we can extract proper DNA form the muscle tissue of Fenneropenaeus Chinensis, and then sampling time can be extended to 3 days to 5 days. By SRAP, we use 52 pairs of primer which have been selected to make SRAP-PCR in the WSSV shrimps and anti-WSSV shrimps, and then we find 11 sequences which may have some relation with anti-WSSV. Further application of bioinformatics methods show that No.40.3, No.4.20, No.25.14 have 93% Max Indent with EST of heavy metal efflux system protein of salmo salar, 100% Max Indent With EST of immunoglobulin of Ovis Aries and 87% Max Indent with EST of Aldehyde Dehydrogenase of Ictalurus punctatus. We can deduce that they have some relation with anti-WSSV. In summary, the results of this experiment give some theoretical basis for the future prevention and seed breeding of Fenneropenaeus Chinensis.
