With the aggravation of the trend of global temperature rising, the research about global carbon cycle have been deeply developed and extended, and soil organic carbon have been received more attention. More and more scholar and specialist are working hard for soil carbon reserves, density, form mechanism, influence factor and dynamic transformation. It is extraordinary important to research soil organic carbon in small region, because soil spatial heterogeneity is intense.Urumqi river basin has been selected as research region, because these are larger height difference, perplexing landform, and complete soil types. Each physical or chemic target of section planes that they are collected in the open have been mensurated. Physical and chemic targets included SOC, OSOC, bulk-density, C/N, N, P, clay, pH and altitude. After the operation about mensurated value and weighing, targets'content of soil section planes have been gained. In order to analyze data primarily, SAS9.2 has been used to plot. MATLAB has been used in standardization and centered process. Statistical theory, statistical approach and SPSS16.0 have been introduced in correlation analysis, regression model, test, and stepwise regression.At the same time, entironmental data including temperature, precipitation and vegetation have been collected, and introduced in analyzing impact about SOC and external entironment seriatim. Altitude and temperature have been respectively put up regression analysis, so that selecting quantificational relation. In order to discover influence about precipitation and SOC, trend of precipitation has been analyzed. Consulting entironmental data, discover is that different vegetation has been developed in different soil, and its influence is also different.There are some conclusions. In research region, mountain gray-cionamon forest soil contains the largest reserves of the SOC, OSOC, C/N and N content, but bulk-density, P content, percentage of clay and pH in it are law-lying.. Texture of mountain gray-cionamon forest soil is great, and SOC in mountain gray-cioanmon forest soil is abundance. Alpine neadow soil, subalpine neadow soil and mountainous black-Ca soil are litmusless. SOC in them is preferable, and texture of them is better. Chestnut soil and brown soil is dry, loose and alkaline.The chemical factors which have the decisive inflation to SOC are N, OSOC, C/N and PH, the maximum positive effect factor of them is N and the maximum negative effect factor of them is PH. Other factors that have the strong relevance are bulk density and the percentum of clay. As we separately discuss the relationship of depth, temperature and SOC, we find that depth and temperature influence the SOC profoundly. However at the period of analysis by synthesis, the influence of temperature is ignored, the theoretical reason is aggregative model exist multi-col-linearity and the factual reason is that depth has decided the influence of temperature in this area directly, such that influence the accumulation of SOC, but the aggregative model can't reflect this point. The precipitation trend display that northeast has little rain and west , south have more rain; The hill region has low rain, the alpine-region has more rain and the central mountain has the most rain, the distribution of precipitation have the similar distribution with SOC. In survey region, the areas which have abundant greeneries, good vegetation, the main plants are coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest and bur-weed, the SOC have the higher content; the areas which have sole and sparseness vegetation, Gramineae plants and bush, the SOC have the lower content;...
