Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is been easy-infested in Solanaceae crops, the occurrence of disease often leads to reduced yield and poor quality. In raising the resistance of plant stress, improve pest and disease hazards, at present mainly based on chemical control-based method to changing it, but it has long-term harm to environment, a serious threat to human health. Pepper defense reaction carried out functional genomics studies is to further clarify the molecular mechanisms of stress resistance pepper, to promote their resilience an important basis for genetic improvement work. This study, preliminary studies in the laboratory, based on the choice may resilience in the defense response of pepper plays an important regulatory role of the four WRKY candidate genes and a candidate gene DREB expression vector, the application of genetic transformation by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation method tobacco, respectively of its transgenic plants, and transgenic plants were identified. Main results are as follows:1,A construct obtained four candidate genes of the transformation vector.2,Using the method of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation were given the above-mentioned, gets the five carriers transgenic tobacco plants number is: 29,16,20,15,15. Respectively, these transformed plants were PCR validation.These results further by expression analysis in tobacco Super WRKY these four candidate genes, and chili peppers DREB function of candidate genes laid the foundation.
