Geminiviruses tested in this paper involved Ramie mosaic virus(RaMoV), Papaya leaf curl Guangdong virus(PaLCuGuV) and Ageratum yellow vein virus(AYVV). We studied the transmission of those three geminivirus by Bemisia tabaci B biotype. We studied the impacts of PaLCuGuV on the development time, fecundity, longevity and feeding amount of B.tabaci under the different temperatures and host plants. The major findings are as follows:(1) B.tabaci can transmit RaMoV, PaLCuGuV, AYVV and AYVVβefficiently, Those geminiviruses could injected different species of healthy tobacco after transmission, and then tobacco showed the symptom of geminiviruses.(2) The development times of infected B.tabaci were longer than that of healthy B.tabaci under the temperatures tested. The differences were significant under the former four temperatures. The optimum temperatures of infected and healthy B.tabaci were both 25 to 28℃, and development times were shorter than that of other temperatures.(3) The development times of different stages of infected B.tabaci on Ageratum conyzoides were longer than that of healthy B.tabaci on Ipomoea batatas Lam, respectively excepted 2nd instar nymphs, and the result of healthy B.tabaci was same. (4) The hatching rate of infected B.tabaci were higher than that of healthy B.tabaci, however there was no significant difference excepted under the condition of 31℃. The lifetime of infected female B.tabaci was longer than that of healthy female B.tabaci, and the fecundity of infected female B.tabaci was also more than that of healthy female B.tabaci at 26℃. The area of honeydew of infected B.tabaci were all smaller than that of healthy B.tabaci under different temperature conditions on Ageratum conyzoides. The effects of virus and temperature on feeding amount of B.tabaci were both significant. The area of honeydew of infected and healthy B.tabaci were both most large under the temperature of 28℃.
