1 Screening of cellulose Strain1.1 Screening of strains producing cellulases The experiment about screening of cellulose degrading bacteria ,and screened the strain of high cellulase activity from a variety of cellulose fungus, there were 6 fungal strains which the ratio of transparent circle diameter and colony diameter was≥2.0 after primary screening, they respectively were number 7, 11, 17, 21, 25, 36. Rescreened by CMC determination of enzyme activity and selected three strain which were possessed of high enzyme activity: 11 (Storage Po 1), 21 (Storage Po 2), 36 (Storage Po 3).1.2 Comparison of the quality of Silage hybrid Pennisetum with three cellulose StrainComparison the effects of Hybrid pennisetum silage with three kinds of strains screened. Adjust the moisture of hybrid Pennisetum silage to 65% with wheat bran. Results showed that:â‘ The lactic acid content of treatment 1, treatment 2 and treatment 3 increased 19.42%, 38.83% and 5% than the control (CK2), and the lactic acid content of treatment 2 is the highest.â‘¡NH3-N/TN ratio from low to high was in the order : treatment 2, control, treatment 1, treatment 3.â‘¢From the effect of degradation effect of NDF, ADF and HC, the NDF content of treatment 1, treatment 2 and treatment 3 contents decreased by 15.34%(P<0.01),30.69%(P<0.01),20.08%(P<0.05)than the control;ADF content decreased by 6.61%(P>0.05),27.15%(P<0.05),23.85%(P<0.05);HC content decreased by 24.19%(P<0.05),33.97%(P<0.01),15.32%(P<0.05)。In summary, three different strains could increase the level of lactic acid and reduce NDF, ADF and HC content of the silage material, the lactic acid content of treatment 2 was the highest, and the degradation of NDF,ADF and HC was also the most, it indicats that it was the most obvious of NO. 21 strain (Storage Po 2) to improve the quality of silage hybrid Pennisetum.2 Comparison of silage quality hybrid Pennisetum with cellulase and lactic acid bacteria2.1 Screening of celluloseExperiment about Hybrid pennisetum(Air-dried samples) fermentation with three kinds of celluloseâ… enzyme SFS-066 group,â…¡enzyme Bao Ansheng 9302 Youke group,â…¢Zhao Dong cellulose, the moisture content of forage was adjusted to 65%, addition level was 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.6%. The results showed : CP content ofâ…¢were significantly higher than groupâ… and groupâ…¡(P<0.05)at the additon level of 0.1% and 0.2%, CP content ofâ…¡andâ…¢group were higher than groupâ… (P<0.05)at the addition level of 0.6%. NDF and ADF content ofâ…¢group were significantly lower than groupâ… andâ…¡at addition level of 0.1%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). At the enzyme level of 0.2%, NDF content ofâ…¢group was significantly lower than groupâ…¡(P<0.05).And the content of ADF content was not significant; At the addition level of 0.6%, NDF and ADF content ofâ…¢group is significantly different(P<0.05) with groupâ…¡, but with groupâ… was not significant(P>0.05).In summery, the effect of Zhaodong cellulose in treatmentâ…¢about inhibiting CP and decompositing NDF and ADF contents was better than other two kinds of cellulose.2.2 Comparison of silage quality hybrid Pennisetum with cellulase and lactic acid bacteriaThe experiment is about silaging Hybrid pennisetum with different moisture content with Zhao Dong cellulose and lactic acid bacteria. There were 8 treatments, each treatment three times repeated. Each treatment group, set up four different moisture content, that is 60%, 65%, 70%, 83.2% (CK), maize groupâ… ~â…£, to adjust the moistue with corn meal, wheat bran groupâ… '~â…£', to adjust the moisture content with wheat bran.â… andâ… 'group were for the control group,â…¡andâ…¡' were added lactic acid bacteria,â…¢andâ…¢' were added Zhao Dong cellulase,â…£andâ…£' were added lactic acid bacteria and cellulase alltegether. The results show that, except for fresh silage (control), each level was a good deal, each treatment, pH values are above average or normal, the pH of each treatment in corn group were lower than that in wheat group. Corn groups, The ADF of treatmentâ…¡,â…£were significantly lower than CK, significant difference(P<0.01)when the moisture content is 60%;, the treatmentâ…¡is significantly different (P<0.05)with CK when the moisture content of 65%, the ADF content of treatmentâ…¡,â…¢,â…£of were significantly lower than CK (P<0.05), and treatmentâ…¡was significantly different with CK(P<0.01); NDF content of the treatmentâ…¡was significantly lower than CK when moisture content is 70%, differences significantly(P<0.05). The results show that the single addition of lactic acid bacteria could reduce the loss of DM and CP when the moisture content was 60%, 65%, 70%, but also can significantly degrade NDF, ADF and HC content of Hybrid pennisetum, the results were more excellent than the other additives.Wheat bran groups, the CP content of treatmentâ…¡,â…¢andâ…£of were higher than that ofâ… when the moisture content is 60%, significant difference(P<0.01), the NDF content ofâ…¡were significantly lower than treatmentâ… (CK ), the difference was significant (P<0.05), but the ADF has not been degraded in every treatment, the HC content of treatmentâ…¡was significantly lower than the control (CK), significant difference (P<0.01), HC degradation in other treatments is not ideal. When the moisture content is 65%, the CP content of the treatmentâ…¡,â…£content was higher than treatmentâ… ,â…¢, significantly different (P<0.01), the NDF content ofâ…¡were significantly lower than handlingâ… (CK) (P<0.05),The ADF has not been effectively degraded in each treatment . HC of treatmentâ…¡was significantly lower than the control (CK), significant difference (P<0.01), HC degradation of other treatments is not ideal. When the moisture content content is 70%, the CP content of treatmentâ… ,â…¢were higher than that in treatmentâ…¡,â…£, significant difference (P<0.01), the NDF content of treatmentâ…¢was significantly lower than CK(P<0.05), the ADF content ofâ…£was significant with CK (P<0.05), the ADF content of treatmentâ…¢was significantly different with CK (P<0.01). HC content of every treatments was not significant with CK.In summery, it was better than other methods when the moister was adjusted to 60% and 65%. When the moister was 70%, it was better than other methods.3 Hybrid Pennisetum silage and study on effect of feeding finishing pigs3.1 Comparison of effect of hybrid Pennisetum silage with three kinds of cellulase and lactic acid bacteriaThe experiment of Hybrid pennisetum silage in the practical production with three kinds of celluloseâ… enzyme SFS-066 group,â…¡enzyme Bao An sheng 9302 youke group,â…¢Zhao Dong cellulose. there were 4 treatments: treatmentâ… (just added wheat bran), treatmentâ…¡(add wheat bran and cellulose), treatmentâ…¢(added wheat bran and cellulose bacteria), treatmentâ…£(added wheat bran and lactic acid bacteria). Ajusted the moisture to about 68% with wheat brane. The results show that all kinds of additives possessed the ability of degradating cellulose of the silage hybrid Pennisetum in different degrees. The content of NDF, ADF and HC in treatment 2 (cellulose) was the lowest, followed, and treatment 3 (Storage Po 3), and the content of NDF, ADF and HC in treatment 1 and treatment 2, were not significant (P>0.05), indicating that there was a similar effect betweent the cellulose bacteria selected and enzymes of cellulose degrading from the market.3.2 Comparison of feeding finishing pigs with three kinds of Hybrid Pennisetum silageFeeding Pigs with Hybrid Pennisetum which were silaged with additives, there were 4 treatments , treatmentâ… (control CK) (feeding based diet), treatmentâ…¡(feeding Hybrid Pennisetum silage just with wheat bran ), treatmentâ…¢(feeding wheat bran and hybrid Pennisetum silage with cellulose bacteria ), treatmentâ…£(fed hybrid Pennisetum silage with wheat bran and lactic acid bacteria). The results showed that the average daily gain of treatmentâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…£,respectively increased 2.30%, 8.60%, 4.36% and 2.21% than the control (CK); per pig income of treatmentâ… ,â…¡,â…¢andâ…£were more 29.47 yuan, 68.09 yuan, 42.39 yuan and 28.92 yuan than CK. Economic benefits were increased by 16.56%, 38.24%, 23.81% and 16.24%. Economic benefits of treantments from high to low in the order: silage treatments with cellulose, cellulose degradation bacteria, CK and lactic acid bacteria.
